We have 2 sets of everything. All sheets are washed with 1 cup of Clorox and use high heat washing and drying for sanitizing. Because of COVID, extra linen is not provided or left in the condo. Please let us know if you will need linen for the fold-out couches before arrival.br- A UV light is used on the furniture and hard to reach places during cleaning.br- Everything is sanitized and sits for 24 hrs prior to your arrival. br- Many of the fluffy items in the condo have been removed to allow for easier cleaning. The outdoor furniture has been substituted for items that can be disinfected easily. brbrCheck in - The front desk has been emailed a copy of your arrival info. When you arrive, you can call the phone number on the front of the building and they can come out and check you in. They will give you a parking pass and fobs key for access to the parking garage. If you enter the office, you are required to wear a face mask. brbrProperty - Face masks are required in the elevator, office and most businesses in the town. Please carry and use your face mask when required. Face masks are optional on the city beach. Only single pole umbrellas are allowed on the beach.
