Stayed Jan 30, 2026Host was great and made it easy. It was very clean and the location and set-up were wonderful. Kitchen nicely equipped and the bed was comfortable. We already reserved the same place for a slightly LONGER stay next year. Very happy.!

Stayed Dec 22, 2025Condo had everything we needed. Clean and nicely decorated. The combination washer/dryer although small was very convenient. The beach is steps away and the heated pool is directly down the steps. The Tiki staff were very helpful and we met some amazing people. Easy communication with the host and we appreciated an early check in. Highly recommend and we hope to return!

Stayed Jul 2, 2025We had a wonderful 4-night stay over the 4th of July weekend! The condo was clean, comfortable, fully furnished, and just steps from the beach. The 1-bedroom, 1-bath layout with a pull-out couch was perfect for our family of four, including our two teenage daughters. We especially appreciated the dehumidifier and the large mirrors—it made it so easy for everyone to get ready at once!

Stayed Jan 25, 2025We could not have been more please with the condo we stayed in and the tiki community was so very well taken car of The other guest and staff was wonderful and made us feel very welcome. Most definitely will stay at Bill's properties again in the future. Ohh and they have extra supplies for your beach use Coolers/ chairs ect

Stayed Dec 27, 2024The unit was very well taken care of and in very good condition. Looked exactly like the photos in the listing. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you'd need to cook. Pool is heated and area is nice. Location is right on the beach! Definitely recommended for anyone looking at this listing!

Stayed Jul 24, 2024Lovely place. Steps to beach. This place was amazing! It does not sleep six in beds however, one king size bed and one pull out couch, my teen slept on the second couch and the boys took the pullout. the pIt worked work.
