Enjoy the sunrise over the beach and watch as the dolphins play in the morning surf. In the afternoon, watch the sunset over the entire island from your 9th floor balcony.

The bedroom features a queen bed with a new firm pillow top mattress covered in Egyptian cotton sheets. The mattress was replaced Nov 20, 2020. The bed is slightly raised for under bed luggage storage. In the living room, enjoy 2 Sofa sleepers. The full size kitchen is fully stocked. All kitchen items were replaced Nov 20, 2020.

COVID-19 Protection.
Condo Cleaning - The following steps have been implemented for COVID-19.
-The condo is blocked out for 24 hrs prior to you use.
- All linen, duvets, towels, bedding, pillows, etc are removed from the condo and not used for about a week. We have 2 sets of everything. All sheets are washed with 1 cup of Clorox and use high heat washing and drying for sanitizing. Because of COVID, extra linen is not provided or left in the condo. Please let us know if you will need linen for the fold-out couches before arrival.
- A UV light is used on the furniture and hard to reach places during cleaning.
- Everything is sanitized and sits for 24 hrs prior to your arrival.
- Many of the fluffy items in the condo have been removed to allow for easier cleaning. The outdoor furniture has been substituted for items that can be disinfected easily.

Check in - The front desk has been emailed a copy of your arrival info. When you arrive, you can call the phone number on the front of the building and they can come out and check you in. They will give you a parking pass and fobs key for access to the parking garage. If you enter the office, you are required to wear a face mask.

Property - Face masks are required in the elevator, office and most businesses in the town. Please carry and use your face mask when required. Face masks are optional on the city beach. Only single pole umbrellas are allowed on the beach. There is a minimum 15 ft. distance rule on the beach between groups.

Guests responsibility - If you get sick from COVID before, during or after your stay, please let me know so we can all take precautions. You are encouraged to follow CDC guidelines.

Owner Responsibility - I live 2 blocks from the condo. If you need anything before or during your stay, please contact me and I can bring it over.

*** Remodel March 2020- The entire unit was painted; ceiling and all walls. 5 new wall lights were added to the living room and bedroom and the kitchen light was upgraded. The bedroom furniture was replaced with white beach furniture. It looks wonderful and smells great.

    Location was great Host was responsive… the apartment is getting tired, but only thing that need done immediately is to paint the living room ceiling which had pealing paint falling on the floor

    Great views from the balcony, quiet room with all your needs. The property was in a great spot to walk if desired to a few restaurants and shopping also. The beach was amazing… clean and well maintained.

    We just wrapped up our stay at this beachfront condo, and while things started off a little rocky, I can’t say enough about the incredible experience we ended up having—thanks entirely to the owner, Carol. I specifically booked this unit because it offered both beach access and a pool. With a child who isn’t a huge fan of the beach and older kids who are, I needed the flexibility of both. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we learned the pool was broken—something the management company (who oversees the building, not the individual owners) failed to disclose. I was honestly heartbroken. But then Carol stepped in. Rather than just apologizing or pointing fingers at the management company, she went above and beyond to make it right. She gave us access to her private pool within walking distance. She also owns a company called Sand Monsters (an insanely fun sand track where you can ride buggies!) and offered our whole group two days of riding—completely free. What meant the most to me, though, was how thoughtful she was about my daughter with special needs. Carol went out of her way to connect us with a local man who offers fishing trips tailored for individuals with disabilities. That gesture alone showed how deeply she cares—not just about being a good host, but about people. Carol didn’t have to do any of that. She could’ve easily said, “That’s not on me,” and moved on. But she didn’t. She showed up, she cared, and she turned our trip around. She’s truly one of the kindest.

    Love the large balconies at the Inverness over the beach right on the gulf. The condo had everything I needed for a great stay. Carol and her husband were super responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Loved the ocean art throughout the condo so views were wonderful inside as well as from the balcony!

    We were satisfied. Location is great. Right on the beach and the nice balcony has an ocean view. Condo itself was clean, very well equipped and comfortable. The building is older and doesn’t present well. For some mysterious reason, we were given wristbands. We were also given only one lock fob, which wasn’t a major inconvenience but could have been a nuisance if we split up more often. I was pleasantly surprised that checkout didn’t involve any cleaning, just start the dishwasher and return the fob. Usually, we are asked to do some cleaning. We did try to leave things tidy but the minimal tasks required meant we could get on the road early. Overall, great. No significant complaints, we would stay here again.

    We actually cook while on vacation, so we were thrilled with how thoroughly the kitchen was stocked with flatware, utensils, pots, pans, both a regular and a keurig coffee maker, etc. Great view of and access to a clean beach. Beach is very walkable with firm sand, and ideal for making sandcastles. The complex is rather run down. Only one elevator was working. It has been out for 4 months. Two hot tubs were advertised, but the adult only hot tub was marooned on a deck, not attached to plumbing, with 6” of dirty water and empty beer cans floating in it. It was quiet while we were there in early February. Easy walk to multiple bar and grill joints with live music. WiFi is there, but so slow as to be nonexistent. Living room TV and cable worked well, but the bedroom TV did not have cable that worked. Bed was comfortable. Small cooler available to use on the beach.
