One of the nicest features of this listing is the very large 2nd floor outdoor patio that has a partial bay view for you to enjoy a breathtaking sunset cocktail.brbrbrbrAs west Atol is a city-owned street, you can fish with kids at the end of the street but we cannot say if you will get bites & land a lunker!brbrbrbrThis property is just over 1.5 blocks to the public beach access point, yet affords the quiet side of the Island. The pool area is great for sunning or with the kids, but please do take note it is shared with the other side unless you rent that side as well. brbrbrbrWhile we allow up to 12 total people, understand we do not provide beds for that many. Please bring airbeds & bedding if you plan on accommodating more than 8 people with what we provide.
