Our little corner of paradise is a two-bedroom with up to 6 guests. Our primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a king-size beach view. The VIPs in your group will love relaxing in a bed that couldn't possibly be closer to the beach. Our guest bedroom has 2 full beds, perfect for the kids or a small family. Suntide II Condominiums is located on sunny South Padre Island - the best beach in Texas and home to first-class family vacations. Thanks to its family-friendly amenities, you and your family will remember a stay at Suntide II forever. Fill your days with competitive tennis matches on our street-side tennis court, strolls to the Butterfly Park next door, splashes in the pool, soaks in the hot tub, and chit-chats on the sundeck. When you're not using the endless amenities at Suntide II, ride on the bike bath or free Island Metro just outside our door. Take a minute to walk down the block towards the bay and pick up your souvenirs at Ocean Motion, then have fresh, locally caught seafood at the local favorite Blackbeard's, and end the evening next door with Italian Gelato at Dolce Roma Cafe. Suntide II has direct beach access and a pool deck rinse station. It is also situated between two Public Beach Access Points. Next door to the north of the parking lot, you'll find Beach Access #16 Neptune Circle. It has public parking and a boardwalk with stairs. If you prefer beach access without stairs, walk through the Butterfly Park next door to the south of the parking lot.

    Overall the location of the condo was perfect for us along with all the amenities. Property is dated needs some TLC. Parking is tight, doesn't allow for trailers for wave runners.

    Loved the location of the property, it’s right on the beach, easy private access to get to the beach, also has a pool and hot tub. The condo its self was nice and clean inside we had everything we needed. I would recommend this condo and we will definitely be back for future summer vacations!

    The condo was quite nice and comfortable. The couch and master bedroom bed were both very comfortable. The only thing that i would suggest is to have at least a couple of tall (directors style) deck chairs so one can sit and see the water without having to look through the railing.The hot tub was not working at all until the last full day that I was there. I am one that always looks for a rental with a hot tub because I enjoy sitting in one at least once a day. This is not the fault of the condo owner, so i would not fault them for this. It was an enjoyable stay.

    Everything was great for us. But this is not a place to stay if you plan to cook a lot. Two burners on the stove were not working. The fridge and range should be replaced/upgraded. Everything else was excellent. Great location. Nice neighbors. Great pool and jacuzzi.
