Our beach house is your home away from home. brWe are located 2 blocks from the water, 2 miles from Rockport Beach, 1 mile from Historic Downtown Rockport shops, 1.5 miles from public fishing pier. We are dog friendly ($75 fee), so bring them along and take them to enjoy the dog beach. Enjoy the coast, whether you plan to fish, hit the beach, relax, or have backyard BBQ. Boat parking available. Great for families to have their own space with a backyard. brbrInside our 3 bedroom, 2 bath house you will find ample room to spread out and relax after a fun filled day. There are separate entrances for each floor that provides plenty of privacy. There is no interior access between floors. Sleeps 8 (house is not baby proofed). The 1st floor has a fridge, a microwave, coffee maker, a day bed with trundle bed (2 twins), 1 queen bed, full bathroom, smart tv, washer and dryer. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms each with queen beds, full bath, full kitchen, dining room, living room, and smart tv.brbrOur upper deck and lower deck offer variety of outdoor seating. Dog-friendly spacious backyard provides nice space great for entertaining or having backyard BBQ.
