Our kitchen is fully equipped and all linens are provided.brJust steps away, you will find our relaxing beach-entry pool area, with bathroom on site.brWe are a short 5- Min. drive to Fulton/8-10 to RKPT Beach brbrbrbrbrbrbrI will be available by phone for all questions and concerns.brbrOur cottage is at north end of Rockport. We are close to Copano Bridge, Goose Island, public boat ramp, Fulton and N. Fulton Beach Road --a great place for a walk. Our neighborhood population consists of short-term rentals and Winter Texans, sprinkled with a few year-round residents. The driveway into the community is lined with mature oak trees and the Private community pool for 26 cottages-rarely full of people, is fenced with safety gate and is right across from the the cottage. Please be careful when exiting the neighborhood--you feed out right onto Highway 35 and the speed limit is 55 mph until you get closer to the airport, where it drops to 45 mph.brbrOur guest have the entire cottage available. There is a community pool almost directly across from our place. We have a full length front porch with comfortable chairs and 2 tables for dining outside. BBQ is available .br*PLEASE NOTE: There is one assigned parking place for the cottage. Other vehicles will also be parked in front of the cottage especially during the busy season of the year.brbrBedding and towels provided. We offer a fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need to cook meals and bake. Plenty of dishware--All the comforts of home including TV's in each room! The BBQ grill is available and BBQ tools and foil also onsite. Room to park up to a 21' boat/ trailer in front of/ beside cottage.brbrThe cottage is nestled between mature oak trees with great shade in the evening. In the morning, the sun glimmers from the direction of the bay, over the pool and into the cottage--such a great way to wake up and greet the day. The covered porch looks out to the pool.brbrThe kitchen and living area are open. The space feels perfectly put together. The dining table is on casters so it can easily be pulled away from the wall for family to dine. The kitchen has everything you need including a dual Keurig for making a cup or a whole pot of coffee. The fridge is full size and we have pretty much anything you might need for preparing meals at home. The living room has 2 sofa's--one makes into a bed. brbrEach bedroom has a ceiling fan and blinds and curtains which keeps the room cool and dark enough for good sleeping. Bed side tables are in each room along with closet space for storing your items. The master room has the king size bed with a 40 tv. brbrThe bathroom is a classic Jack and Jill with locking doors from each end. The toilet and shower are separate from the vanity area so more than one person can get ready. brbr*Consumable products left in cottage are enough to get your trip started, but guest is responsible for replenishing after consumables are used up. Example: Toilet Paper, paper towels, coffee pods, trash bags*brbrbrbrbrPretty much everywhere is right off of Business Hwy 35 --the main drag.brThe scenic route from the cottage is a great little drive. Turn left on N. Fulton Beach Rd. which eventually turns into Broadway--that will take you right into town. You will find several great places to eat and drink on Broadway Street: Charlotte Plummers, Benchwarmers, Moondogs, just to name a few. Also, keep on driving and you will you will find Austin Street (it turns into Austin at the 4/5 way intersection near Wells Fargo (I wish I knew all of this when I first came to town--the adventure is half the fun!) and this is where you will find historic downtown Rockport--complete with boats, beach, museums and shopping.brbrWe supply a handful of coffee pods and a container of ground coffee along with filters; also provided—a few cooking essentials like seasonings, oil, spray, sugar, and SweetnLow.brWasher and dryer available but we do not supply detergent. brbrWhat to bring:brBeach Towels, charcoal, ice, beach chairs, beach toysbrbrOur cottage is under regular maintenance with pest control.

Bedding is comfortable. Our kitchen has all the small appliances you'll need if cooking for your group including pots, pans, baking dishes, mixing bowls, foil and plastic wrap. The bed linens and towels are nice quality and there is an ample supply. There is a small capacity stacking washer and dryer for your convenience. We keep extra blankets and pillows in the master bedroom closet.brbr The covered porch offers sitting area and baby gate. We do have a BBQ grill and grilling tools on site--just bring lighter fluid and charcoal. Easy access to the pool, as it is right across from the cottage and includes a table, umbrella, and chairs. There is 1 designated parking space by the stairs leading to our covered porch.brbrCottage located at the north end of Rockport- 1 minute from public boat ramp and 10 minutes from town, restaurants and shopping. Welcome to the Copano Bay Fin and Feather located in picturesque Copano Bay. Same incredible house with new owner. My home offers some of the best fishing and bird watching on the Texas Gulf Coast. Combine this with the awesome sunsets and smell of the fresh salt air and you will never want to leave. This spacious home has three living quarters. There is an upstairs (third floor) Captains Quarters with private En Suite including a Tub, Shower and extra-large closet with its own balcony overlooking the bay. The second floor includes two bedrooms, each with its own En Suite, a large fully furnished kitchen and dining area, a great room and a game room with pool table. The downstairs living area is newly remodeled and has two bedrooms one with a bunk bed full and twin (Matey's Room) and one with two queen sized beds (Mermaid Room). The downstairs bath has been remodeled and expanded to include an extra-large Rain Shower). There is also a Cabana Room which has a large screen TV and two bar tables and chairs along with a cabana bar and buffet. The remainder of the downstairs includes a washroom and 2 car garage and workshop with ample parking outside.brMy home has a new fishing pier and a separate boat dock (both equipped with green lights). Catching the Texas Grand Slam a Flounder, a Speckled Trout and a Red Fish from the 165-foot pier with T-Head is not uncommon. There are a couple of rod holders to fish the channel for Reds while you drink some Texas Tea while listening to your favorite beach tunes.brWe have also recently added a stainless steel offset smoker/grill so you can enjoy outdoor cooking while enjoying the view or fishing. brYes, my house has Direct TV and I also have Wi-Fi---- however I suggest turning off the TV and Computer. Put away those cell phones and learn to relax and listen to the sounds of nature with each sunrise and sunset.

It is just a short boat ride less than 10 minutes to California Hole and the Klondike islands. This is a great place to catch trout and redfish. A short run across the main body of Aransas Bay is Mud Island and St Joseph’s Island, where the island helps break the typical south east breezes. If heading to Redfish Bay is in the plan, Hog island is on the way and a must stop, but don’t forget to fish the cut through the old terminal. The reds sometimes hang in the cut, it’s not marked well so go slow so you don’t damage your prop.brbrIf the weather is right fishing the jetties at Port Aransas is a lot of fun. You don’t know what you’ll catch and it’s a short 20 minutes boat ride from the house.brbrIf you don’t have a boat, the islands in Estes Flats are easily accessible by kayak.
