We built this home with the intent to sleep 3 families, so we put a master bedroom on each of the 3 floors. We wanted a view of the ocean and so we built a crows nest which has the BEST 360 degree view of Port Aransas and the ocean! We put in all of our favorite amenities like the huge heated pool, a ping pong table, a garage that will fit a boat, wet bars with fridges on every floor, a gourmet kitchen, memory foam mattress on every bed, rain shower heads, ice maker, and the most amazing sunset deck. It was important for us to still be in town so you can get to the grocery store, restaurants, bars, shopping, and the beach by golf cart within a 5 minute cruise. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de sac. There is enough parking for up to 7 vehicles. From the top deck you can see the ships coming in and out of the ship channel, the ocean, the bay. and all the way to Corpus Christi.
