During quiet time, the noise level outside on the property must not exceed 40 decibels. (Generally, a low voice in a quiet setting ranges between 35 to 40 decibels.)brbr (ii) When it is not quiet time, the noise level outside on the property must remain below 70 decibels.brbr (iii) NO music, verbal communication, or other sound containing any FOUL language is allowed if it can be heard at all outside of the house (including the front of the house or the backyard) at any time.brbr(3) Guests must use the garage and back drive way for parking (allows for a total of 4 cars). We do not want to crowd the front street. No more than 2 cars may park on the street in front of the house if needed.
