All the amenities of home, away from home.brbrHOT TUB RECENTLY INSTALLED AND READY TO ENJOY!brbrThe spacebrThere are 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is the master suite with a queen bed and en suite full bathroom, Bedroom 2 has a double bunk bed with 1 trundle bed, Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, both Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the full bathroom in the hall. There is a pull out sleeper sofa in the couch, but we prefer if it is only used if absolutely necessary. There is half bathroom on the lower level, as well as an outdoor shower.brbrThe kitchen has a Keurig coffee machine, crockpot, waffle-maker, toaster, and a variety of cooking spices and utensils. There is large boil pot in the lower-level for crab boils.brbrGuest accessbrAll areas of the home that are accessible with the keys is available for use! We do ask that guests do not operate the boat lift or any of the knobs and buttons on the boat lift.brbrOther things to notebrA pet might be accepted, but on a case-by-case basis. Please specify what kind of animal (and the weight). It must be less than 40 lbs, is not allowed on any furniture, and must be crated when unattended.
