If a plumber is called out due to clogging the guest could be charged a call out fee plus the fee to unclog the pipes. br- No filming, commercial shoots or video shoots at any time during reservation.br- Please use make up towels to remove any and all make up. br- NO EATING OR DRINKING IN BEDROOMS. Detergent is found under kitchen sink.br3) Completely empty out the fridge. br5) Remove all trash and take trash bags in the bins and place is the large trash can in the garagebr6) Push all chairs, sofas, cushions, and anything else you have moved back to its original location.br7) Turn off the thermostat.br8) Make sure that all stove burners and oven are turned off.br9) Double check that all doors and windows are locked
