We are on a corner lot with street parking available as well as a single car garage. brbrWe remodeled this home in 2012 and again in 2019. Every detail of the home has been taken into consideration. We put in a sidewalk and driveway. We resided and painted the exterior. We restored all the sash windows and landscaped the front yard.brbrMy husband and I love to cook. Our home is equipped with lots of cooking utensils, pots and pans and gadgets. There is a charcoal Weber grill for our guests use. Pick a lime from our lime tree for a delicious beverage after a day at the beach. brbrThe home is fully furnished with linens, towels, blankets and pillows, etc. We have provided boogie boards, sand toys, umbrellas for our guests. There are also a couple of beach cruiser bikes that our guests may use. We do ask, however, that your dog not be permitted on the furniture and there are size and breed restrictions for insurance purposes. We also suggest you travel with your dog's vaccine records just in case something happens, and the dog must be leashed at all times when not inside of the condo - on the grounds of the complex or around Galveston, please know and follow the leash laws/rules and be kind to others - dog lovers and not so much - by picking up after your pet. The complex has cameras in the common areas and we sure don't want a fine imposed on this condo's owner.brbrWe provide starter supplies of toiletries, paper products, coffee and dish cleaning options - these are intended to get you started as you arrive, but may not last you the duration of your stay - but sufficient to get you settled in and figure out where your preferred shopping options are and make your list of necessities. We don't, however, provide beach/pool towels and we respectfully request that you please not take these to the pool or beach as they could be damaged or lost.brbrThis complex requires that we provide them with the name of each guest who will occupy the unit, and a copy of a government issued photo ID for each person 18 or older who will be there, along with the color, make, model and license plate of the vehicle that will be driven to the property.
