Tide Down is a comfortable canal home in Sea Isle that puts you a short 3-minute drive from the beach and offers the best of both worlds. Spend sunny days on the sand, then unwind on the large deck with stunning canal views. The open-concept living area is perfect for families/friends to gather. ● Location: Sea Isle beach community of Galveston, Texas

● Beach access: Less than a 3 minute drive to the Sea Isle beach access point.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet policy: Pets are not allowed.

● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

Unwind and connect at Tide Down! The open-concept living area seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining, and living room, creating a perfect space for sharing stories and meals. Whip up feasts in the modern kitchen, gather around the dining table, or relax with a movie on the large flat-screen TV.

The fun spills outside! The expansive porch boasts stunning canal and bay views. Soak up the sun on the deck, enjoy al fresco meals under the shade, or simply relax with a cool drink. Downstairs, the expansive outdoor area with plenty of seating creates another entertaining space. Grill up a feast on the BBQ pit, play games, or unwind by the water on the comfy seating.

With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, Tide Down will comfortably fit your entire group. The primary room includes a king sized bed with a twin trundle and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 and 3 share another full bath with a queen-sized bed in one and a King bed with twin-over-twin bunk in the other. Bedroom 4, also on this main level, has its own queen-sized bed. Bedroom 5 is located on the ground level, separate from the main house and features a king bed with a twin-over-twin bunk and its own full bathroom.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- No jumping or diving into the canal.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
