BlissbrbrBrand new Construction home, there are currently homes being built around the house (this means there may be some construction noise that is out of our control). This house does not show up on GPS yet, but the directions and location will be provided before check in.brbrbrDO NOT put hard pool loungers in the pool, they will damage the pool plaster. You will automatically be charged a $1000 damage fee if a lounge chair is placed in the pool. Inflatable or foam loungers meant for pools are fine. brbrThe Property has exterior security cameras facing driveway and backyard. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these outdoor areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. You may also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned if any of the above are found. ***Failure to abide by quiet hours 10pm-7am will result in being charged Party fee and eviction.***br⚠️we strictly enforce charging the $1000 party fee for violation of quiet hours⚠️.
