Stayed Dec 26, 2024We booked the property 6 weeks in advance, paid the fee and received several email confirmations so we were really looking forward to our trip. A couple of hours prior to check in time I messaged the host but didn’t hear back until past the check in time only to inform me that the rental property was not available as it had been double booked. The host did not bother to answer my phone calls- just sent the message with a very brief apology. After many phone calls and emails I finally received my refund and was reimbursed for the difference in the other rental we were able to secure.No thanks to the host we were able to find another place to stay.
