We can also provide contact info for local drivers.brbrThe pool and pool deck offer gorgeous views of rolling hills (you’re not looking into anyone’s backyard!). There are plenty of lounge chairs. Sip a glass of local wine on the covered patio or hang out in the shade of the oak trees after a dip in the pool. There’s a grill and outdoor dining area - on warm nights, enjoy dinners outside along with a beautiful Texas sunset. This main house will have private use of pool and entire 2 acres surrounding house including Disc golf course. The rest of the property is shared by other renters and 3 longhorns and a donkey.brPlease notify Jana immediately if there are any equipment failures. Failures reported will be repaired as quickly as possible. (We have an entire maintenance team.)brThere is a charcoal grill (XL GREEN EGG) on the property. Please keep it in its place and practice safe grilling and make sure the coals are properly put out before departing the property.brWe provide beach towels for the pool area, please keep the other linens in the home.brAll garbage must be bagged (no loose trash) and emptied into the trash containers provided.brCleaning: As guests, you are expected to straighten up the rental unit prior to departure. All furniture should be returned to its original location. Dirty dishes are not to be left in the kitchen sink, counter top or refrigerator. Please turn dishwasher on with any remaining dirty dishes before you leave. brThe longhorns are fed daily around 5-6 PM. Please don't block driveway down to the barn. You are welcome to watch and pet the longhorns at that time. (at your own risk)brThis property contains many unique structures inside and outside the home. There is a large tank (pond) near the back of property as well as the pool. Renter is aware, and accepts full responsibility for themselves and any small children and is aware that not all areas may be suitable for young children without the supervision of an adult.
