They are set-up to automatically sign you out of your streaming accounts after check-out.brbrThere is a washer and dryer for your use in the front bathroom (with 'sensitive' type laundry detergent and dryer sheets for those with sensitivities).brbrThe cabin is heated/cooled via a mini-split system (ductless AC/Heater system). The units are located in the kitchen and main bedroom, and both come with remotes. Directions on how to use the units are posted on the wall next to the remotes. Although this system heats/cools the entire cabin, there are also space heaters and fans in the other rooms for those who prefer a boost. ;-) brbrMaster Bedroom:br*King bedbr*Ceiling fanbr*Wardrobe armoire with hangers br*Dresserbr*Small fan to plug in anywhere in the house (for those that like extra air flow or white noise)br*Extra pillows/blanketbr*Steam Iron (located in the game cabinet)br*Room-darkening curtainsbr*Roku TVbr*Full-length mirror (located next to the staircase)br*USB port (so you can charge your device)brbrSleeping Loft:br*Queen bedbr*Floor fan and heaterbr*Walk-in closet with hangers and storagebr*Room-darkening curtainsbr*USB port (so you can charge your devices)br*Awesome viewbrNOTE: I advise against having anyone up in the loft that is below the age of 13. The only people allowed up in the loft are people who can and will safely navigate up/down the small stairs (the steps are small and curved, as you can see in the photos). We do have string lights that go down the stairs and are supposed to turn on at night when someone approaches the stairs. Side note: The loft has a tendency to get warmer in the summer and cooler in the winter than the rest of the cabin. There is a full-size floor fan/heater up there for added comfort.brbrBathrooms:br*Master bath has a large tiled shower, lighted vanity, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.br*Front bathroom has tiled stall shower, lighted vanity, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.br*Both bathrooms are full-size and have a floor fan/heater for added comfort. The washer/dryer for clothes is also in the front bathroom.brbrKitchen:brThe kitchen is fully stocked, including (but not limited to): fridge/freezer (with ice cube trays and a 2-gallon jug of water), 2-burner stove, mini oven (as seen in photos), microwave, tea kettle, blender, 2-slice toaster, can opener, regular dishes, plastic dishes (for kids & outdoors), serving bowls/platter, baking sheet, pots/pans, instant-pot/pressure cooker (which can also be a slow-cooker), tortilla warmer, wine/drinking glasses, cork screw/bottle opener, coffee mugs (incl large), knife set, basic condiments, etc. brNOTE: There is not a dishwashing machine. There is a dish rack and a deep farmhouse sink for dish washing. I also stock paper plates, paper bowls, disposable cups, and disposable spoons/forks/knives for those who don't like doing dishes. ;-) Also, I supply 2-gallons of water. You're welcome to bring bottled water if you'd like.brbrCoffee station includes things like ground coffee, k-cups, teas, various types of sweetener, creamer cups, honey, etc.brbrLiving Room:br*Roku TVbr*Fireplace (it's electric...you can run the 'flame' on its own and/or turn on the heat function too)br*Sound systembr*Couch and rocking chairbr*Acoustic guitar (bring your tuner, LOL)br*Wildlife scope (it's not an astronomy telescope)brbr*Dedicated workspace -- includes a desk lamp and surge protector strip plug. You can also work at the dining tables if you prefer.brbrBackyard:br*Hot tub (with oxidizer and minerals, which is better for your skin)br*Sitting chairsbr*Dining tablebr*Fire table (which is more for ambiance than heating since it would be a fire hazard to have a large fire on the deck)br*Outdoor fan and bug zapperbrbrWe also have certain optional concierge offerings -- You can order extra home-delivered amenities, such as flowers, wine, food trays, or a local service like an in-home massage, private chef, or wine tour...and more!brbrNOTE: While the larger property is shared, the cabin has a private yard (with bushes, trees and privacy fence) where you can be by yourselves, while still enjoying the expansive wooded vista views. The cabin area is fully fenced-in on all 4 sides (goat fence in front & back, and 8ft privacy fence on the right/left sides). The back fence (the goat fence you see in the photos) is not the property line...it's just there to delineate the private backyard area for the cabin. The property is 15 acres total. Cozy Cabin w Pvt Heated Pool Under Epic TX Stars

Dripping Springs, Texas, United States

A small cabin on 30 gorgeous acres in dark sky country just outside of Austin, Lovegrass House was originally UT Austin Dean of Architecture Wayne Bell`s escape, his quiet place, his creative pied a terre. Today, the zen vibe of the updated interiors complements the tranquility of the hill country that surrounds it. Lovegrass is a little cabin in the woods where you can fall in love -- with nature, with art, with the you you may have lost, the dark skies you may have forgotten.brbrLovegrass is tucked into a grove of trees in front of what used to be a large riding ring. Down the path to the right are the barn and stables, which will eventually house rescued donkeys available for adoption. Down the path to the left is the chicken coop, currently unoccupied, but not for much longer. If you venture out beyond the riding ring, you`ll find soft woodchip trails that loop around the property to the left, and to the right leads to Sunset Ridge, a series of three tiered decks positioned for perfect sunset viewing, as well as some pretty epic stargazing. Beyond the woodchip paths, you`ll discover a meandering 30 acres of mow and deer trails covering a variety of terrain, from frostweed fields to open meadow to rocky terrace to wet weather creek bed. The property is open and raw and longing to be explored. Wildlife spotted so far: a family of foxes, a young bobcat, deer, owls, wild turkey, soaring hawks, scurrying lizards, fluttering butterflies, hovering dragonflies, busy bees, and while not yet seen, at night, somewhere in the distance, a pack of coyotes serenades the stars.brbrShared amenities on the property are the walking paths and the decks at Sunset Ridge. Everything in, around and connected to your space is for your private enjoyment for the duration of your stay.brbrTuesdays are garbage days, and someone will be by in the morning to collect all outdoor bins. Once the garbage has been picked up, someone will return the bins later that afternoon. brbrWhile the garbage is roadside waiting for pickup, someone will be by to check the pool/Jacuzzi chemistry, top off as needed, etc.brbrMondays and Thursdays are for mowing paths, tending the gardens and filling supplemental feeders as needed, so you may see us out and about on the property, but nothing too intrusive to your space.brbrThis is a tentative property maintenance schedule and is subject to change as needed. We are always respectful of privacy and will give a heads up if we need to approach your space during your stay.brbrWhile you feel a million miles away from it all, you`re actually a short drive to the following local places truly worth visiting! brbrNOTE: Please call or check business websites for operating times and current offerings.brbrHamilton Pool Preserve (See pics in the listing! Any extra vehicles require prior approval.brbrKeep noise at a respectful level, especially after 9pm.brbrLights out at bedtime to keep skies dark and wildlife unimpeded. Lights out after dark in general also will help immensely with bugs.brbrCover pool when not in use. (Please use the provided skimmer to remove any bugs before covering.)brbrDo not kill our bugs or spray any insecticides. You don`t want our snakes to be hungry. ;) brbrDo not feed the wildlife anything cooked or processed. This includes leaving food outside after grilling, leaving a used grill open, and leaving tools used for grilling outside. Raw fruit and veggie scraps are a welcome gift to wildlife.brbrEnjoy the paths, trails and observation decks, but please leave no trace.brbrPets require approval prior to booking. We celebrate animals, but have some expectations. Here they are:brbr--Pets must be approved prior to booking.brbr--Dogs must be housetrained and socialized.brbr--Dogs must be on leash when outside.brbr--Dogs may not be left outside unattended for any period of time.brbr--Guests traveling with dogs must clean up after them inside and out.brbr--No dogs in the pools.
