The spacious master suite has a king-size bed, nightstands, bench, dresser, private bathroom, HDTV, and French doors that lead to the upstairs balcony. The upstairs balcony has a patio set and ceiling fans – it's perfect to take in the breathtaking view of the lake and the sunset. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.brbrThe best part of the house and where you will probably be spending most of your time is the huge deck. It is a pretty steep drop into the lake so please keep that in mind. brbrDon't forget to sit on the front porch in the evenings to see and feed the deer. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $3000. brbr brbrWord permit #L1364. brbr brbrTUBING INFO: brbrThere are two ways to get to the beginning of the horseshoe to float downstream to our house, which is the end of the horseshoe. 1) You can walk and carry your own tubes down the driveway to the street, then walk to the left toward the dead end. There is a trail within the small strip of wooded area at the end of the street. There is a concrete drainage that goes down the hill and connects to the sidewalk that runs along hwy 306. It is fairly steep so be sure and wear water shoes and be careful! Once you go down the steep concrete drain and reach the sidewalk, you will take a right. Continue to follow the path all the way along the highway and it will end at the other bridge crossing the river where you will find the public river access. OR 2) Floaters that prefer to rent tubes can drive or walk to the outfitters located on each side of the house. (The bridge at Whitewater can be walked across to get to the outfitter). They will then direct you to their parking with rented tubes and an entrance to the horseshoe.
