We are located three miles from the cute historic town of Brenham where there are lots of things to do and see. brbrWe only allow up to 28 people sleeping on our property. We do allow for extra guests and small events. brbrExtra guests fee: brOur rental includes 28 people (max spending the night). If you would like to have extra guests on the property during the day (above the 28 included), here are the fees (this is for one day and not multiple days). The kitchen has three ovens to accommodate large groups. The bar has a commercial ice maker and small beverage fridge. There is a half bath in this space. Slide the barn door where you will enter the back 2000 sqft living quarters. Your kids will love the super large game room that has a ping pong table, foozeball table, tv, and tons of board games. There are several games for you and your family to play. Fall in love with the unique and beautifully decorated Texas themed rooms. There are eight bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Each bedroom has its own smart tv. The Bluebonnet Room is a master with a king size bed and a sofa that turns into a futon. The bathroom has a double vanity. The room has a door that goes out to the covered porch. The Yellow Rose of Texas Room is the second master. It has a king size bed and a sofa that turns into a futon. Looking for a place to hold your family reunion or friend retreat but don't want to be stacked on top of each other Lots of room to spread out here with activities for all ages. Events are possible, but an additional charge applies based on activity and number of guests.brbrThe two story main house has a large living area with tables to seat 20+, a colorful electric fireplace for ambiance or heat, concrete floors on the first floor for minimal worry, a game room with large TV, bar, ice maker, foosball and electronic games, and a separate laundry room. Two ground level bedrooms each have a king bed and private bath. The back porch has a pathway to the neighboring Casita and as well as a path to the fire pit area. The NEW sports pool is also just out the back door, with a large tanning ledge and pool cabana for afternoon shade.
