Stayed Mar 26, 2018This house is titled Craftsman Charmer and it indeed lived up to its name! The house is thoughtfully appointed, with lots of towels, hooks for hanging things, trays for keeping things organized, hangers, pillows and blankets, everything you could want in the kitchen for cooking and serving. It's the little touches that made this home a perfect get-away! They even had noise machines in each bedroom to help with any noise from the road or other guests (like people who like to get up earlier than me :-) ! The house is decorated in a modern farmhouse style, and appears brand new! The owner and manager did a great job making it feel like home for us, including a bottle of champagne, a dish full of goodies, and even some breakfast Biscottis! I am taking some of thier ideas and incorporating them into my own guest rooms! The location is great for Roundtop, and the little town of Brenham as some neat little restaurants (Las Americas and Ninety Six West, which had live music). It was a great spot for us to relax after a day of antiquing!

Stayed May 19, 2017We enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed. It's a re-furbished older home, with high end appliances and finishes, and also very comfortable. The location was perfect too. We'd definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Stayed here for Round Top weekend. The property was close, about 25 minutes, to where we needed to be. We went with two other couples and the home was perfect. Large rooms and back patio. Bathrooms are updated and very nice.
