Beautiful Designer Country Oasis w/gorgeous Pool & Hot tub on acreage. Outdoor Pickleball Court. Warm yourself by the outdoor fireplace from the original TX Homestead. Relax/unwind, lounging by the sparkling pool (usually professionally serviced on Mondays or Tuesdays) & glow of the fire pit. Returning guests rave about the game options: One of the TV's has 40,000 games on it, Arcades, 8' Pool table, Ping Pong, Shuffleboard, Poker Table, darts, foosball, BBQ, Disk Golf. 6 bedrooms (3 up/3 down) & 3 baths. 18 mi to the Stockyards, 20 mins to Weatherford. Some of the twin beds listed are roll around singles, but they are pretty comfortable. Arcade games, 8’ Pool table, 2 Ping Pong tables, Shuffleboard, Poker Table, swimming pool, darts, foosball, BBQ, Fire Pit, Frisbee Golf, & the list goes on. 6 bedrooms (3 up and 3 down - All the bedrooms are good size). Not including 2 kids play room’s. 3 full baths. Dream kitchen! Beautifully remodeled! Gated entrance. We are about 18 miles from the Stockyards in Ft Worth, 13 mi to Weatherford & 7 mi to Azle. We are about 10 minutes to the Brooks Wedding Venue. The detached hot tub is always free and on! The swim spa (connected to pool) can be heated to 80, for $35 a night. The pool can be heated to 80 degrees for $35 a night. The heating on spa or pool is with a 3 night minimum. The pool takes 72 hours to heat, depending on starting temperatures. We have a heat pump on the pool, and this is ONLY effective if the outside temperature is above 50 degrees. So keep this in mind! There is no natural gas in the country, so we couldn’t go with a gas heater. This gorgeous house sits on almost 4 acres. The garage has been converted to a game room. The 1500 sq foot metal shop has been converted to a game room, and 3/4 of the walls are insulated. The gas fireplace is only for looks, and does not work (no natural gas in the country)! This home is out in the country, so you might encounter insects, venomous snakes, wild animals, and poison ivy. The pond is seasonal. Fenced Loafing shed for horses in back of property.

Heated 15 foot Master Spa (Swim Spa), Watch TV from the hot tub, at this private & peaceful Gated Texas Ranch! The above ground pool is seasonal and available from April 25 to November 15. There is a dedicated game room that has Arcade games, Sauna, Blackjack table, Darts, Pickleball, Shuffleboard, Ping Pong, Foosball, 8' Pool Table, Xbox One, PlayStation 4! There is a dedicated event or activity barn that has 3 card tables, games, big screen TV, couch, ,two roll around twins, and much more. There are a total of 10 Smart TV's (including ADU, and they are up to 75 - these are in game room & a 70 is in living room), There is also a dedicated Poker room, that can seat 8. We also have a dedicated Event or activity room that has game tables, Playstation 4, board games, and much more! Beautiful Outdoor Fireplace, 3 Grills (Gas & Charcoal BBQ) in a separate covered cooking area, Hoops, & just minutes to restaurants, donuts, & much more! Frisbee golf. Poker room with ceiling fan, poker table for 8, and comfy couch). Two water parks and miniature golf not far away (seasonal). Even a playground play structure. We have over 40 Five star reviews on that “other” travel website, as of March 11, 2024. There is an OPTIONAL ADU, that is for guest counts of 10 or more. The ADU has a queen bed and a twin bed that converts from a chair to bed, with coffee bar, full bath, and 50 TV. Game room has a large refrigerator to keep your beverages cold! 15 miles to the Stockyards. A half mile to Stoney Ridge Villa! We are 8 miles to the Old Orchard wedding Venue. About 11-12 minutes to the Brooks Wedding Venue. There are multiple dining options: inside dining area, outside back patio has a dining table, and for large groups you can put a table cloth over the ping pong table to seat a dozen or more. brThere is a optional Bounce House. The rate is $499 for the bounce house, with a 3 night minimum. Please ask about availability. Must sign liability release.brWe do have Longhorns on the property.
