We had a great family experience! A few things that are broken around house but expected in a very busy rental ! We will be back

This was the best place to host a larger group. The game room was awesome and there were plenty of beds for everyone. No issues at all! It’s a great location as we had events from Weatherford to Ft Worth. Great response from the host too!

We stayed for our daughters wedding that was in Weatherford TX 9/20. The hosts are Fantastic with communication and were so very gracious. They brought an extra cleaning person in to help us get in sooner than 5pm. They accommodated our horse for a night as well. Our family loved all the games. We had a few things that were not working or broken.A few things that would have made it a 5 star for everything are the following:Cookware is very limited or very old and used/warped we bought a few pans to use. The drawers where the pots and pans go were very dirty as well. The hosts had an extra cleaning person come in and they may have missed cleaning the drawers to help us get in sooner.Water has a very strong sulfur smell, mainly the kitchen water, so we bought water.Far lower bedroom that goes out to the patio bed is extremely uncomfortable and loud whenever you roll over. Probably fine for younger people but this is the king size bed.We did not use the extra hot tub, it had a bad smell and the water did not smell like it had proper chemicals in it, the test strip was not in a clean color zone. The pool is beautiful, the pool maintenance company needs to clean the green algae in the corners, the skimmers were packed full so the filtration was not working properly.Upstairs bathroom has a drawer that looks like a laundry shoot, it is NOT there were towels in it so guests before must have used it for dirty towels. We removed and washed them.

Pictures do not represent the current condition of this property. Property is poorly maintained. The selling point for this property is the swimming pool and game rooms. The yard maintenance surrounding the pool was horrible the grass and shrubs, are over grown, leaves and debris everywhere around the pool, broken and mismatched lawn furniture, table on back porch is rotten had to be careful using it, ping pong table leg broken, pool table pockets had holes wouldn’t hold pool balls, game rooms where dirty, kitchen had bare minimum on pots and pans, you could not prepare a meal if you wanted to, head boards not attached to bed frames, light bulbs where out are missing in some rooms, over all appearance of the house is poor it truly needs maintenance and a deep clean. Pros for this house is it has plenty of rooms, ac was cold, swimming pool itself was great and host does respond to messages. This property is way overpriced for the current condition it is in. My family has been renting property from VRBO for 12 years this is the poorest maintained property we have stayed at. I gave a 3 star score because the family did enjoy the pool. We rented this house for a staycation it represented with the pictures of the pool and game rooms.

Overall it was a great stay! The property has so many fun amenities for the family to enjoy and the house has a ton of extra beds. It was a little odd that it could sleep so many but had a relatively small kitchen table and living room. We couldn’t fit all ten of us around the table nor on the couches in the living room. There were a few items that we were told were there, like a high chair and salt and pepper, but did not end up being there. However, the property owner was so kind and very promptly addressed our concerns and came over twice to fix some things/replace the missing items. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, but those few things would have made it even better!

We loved how much we had and our kids enjoyed the open outdoors and gamerooms!! Saturday the weather was warm and they enjoyed the pool for a couple of hours.

Wonderful place. So much to do on the property. Adults and kids had so much fun. Host was great in response to questions. Highly recommend.

Comfortable older homes that has been nicely updated

This home has everything you need to entertain a large group. Many amenities and things to do so that there is something for everyone to enjoy. The beds were plentiful and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The outdoor area was spacious with plenty of scenic views. If you're looking for a place to getaway with friends or family to spend some quality time together, then this is the place for you.

This was a great place for our family to all come together to celebrate a fiftieth wedding anniversary. We had three generations and there were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The host was very quick to respond to any question that we had. The only problem we had was the internet connection would come and go so the streaming TV would buffer a lot at times. Also, the listing boasts that it has 15 beds and can sleep up to 25 people, but there is an additional $10 per person fee after 8 people. This additional charge was a surprise to us in the details of the bill. We had a great time and would recommend this home for a similar event.

It was a great place for all our family to stay with lots of nooks and crannies for the kids. Pool was refreshing and game room was fun. Few minor repairs/ updates needed.

Many things to do on the property, which kept the kids busy and out from under foot. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. Plenty of space and beds for our whole family. Close to lots of things to do.

Second time we have stayed here. We enjoy all there is to do. Plenty to keep all ages entertained. The kitchen is well stocked. I sat on the porch and watched deer, bunnies, a hawk and beautiful cardinals while drinking my coffee in the morning. But some of the rollaway beds are in sad condition and can't be used. The extra bedding was still damp in the closet. Dryer is very slow and only really dried anything on the Express setting. There is a nice hot tub since the one attached to the pool does not work. Not much extra toilet paper when you have a full house. Someone had to go get a few rolls. The host will send you lots of information on the area if you care to venture out.

Spent a long weekend here. The house was much as described, very clean and felt safe just a little run down. Pool was cloudy on our stay but given all the recent rain it was understandable. We still swam and enjoyed it! The big game garage is so cool but soooo hot in the summer. Great at night. Pickle ball court was a hit! Great property overall but a little maintenance would up its value so much. Def need new chairs on the back porch, that wooden table set is on its last leg.

We had 23 people at our family reunion from infants to teens to adults. There was plenty of room for sleeping accommodations, the kitchen area was sufficient, but the living room area or gathering space was a bit small. However we didn't let that stop us from having a great time. The swimming pool was smaller than the picture shows. There were a few minor changes and house upgrades that could be made to make the stay more enjoyable, but overall we had a great time and the host was always quick to answer any questions.

This house was perfect for our trip-the kids loved the pool and spent hours and hours in it. The game rooms were awesome, and the rest of the house was comfortable. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area.
