If a guests wants to make changes within the five days arrival or after arrival, we cannot provide a refund. brbrAre pets allowed brAlthough we love pets, since this is such a small space and the bed is lofted, we do not feel it is safe to have pets in the space. brbrbrAre there extra pillows brWe provided two pillows per person. For instance, a queen bed will have four sleeping pillows. We leave plenty of extra blankets as well.brbrAre extra guests allowed brIf you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues. If you have extra guests sleeping over or more than five guests for an event, please ask and we can asses:)brbrIs smoking allowed outside brYes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests.brbrCould we leave our luggage brWe are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in. Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised. Our carpart is also a safe option for leaving bags for a longer time period. Just let us know. There is also a service (usebounce) that is an option for storing bags.brbrAre a washer and dryer available brYes. The washer/dryer is in the bathroom area and it is a washer/dryer in one machine. A cycle takes a LONG time but gets the job done.brbrCould I have an early check-in or late checkout brWe can arrange up to a two hour early check in or late check out. The fee is $20 per hour.brbrWhat is a MUST do in Austin brWe love Barton Springs (especially in warmer months). South Congress has so much in a close proximity. Park close to Jo’s Coffee and stroll from there (shopping, cafes, music!). Vera Cruz tacos are really the best Austin has! Our Capital is gorgeous and very work a drive by!brbrAnd really, you are in walking distance from Vera Cruz tacos and DesNudo coffee - don't miss that:)brbrQuiet Hours after 9pm:)
