Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else.brbr- For longer term stays over 30 days, guests are required to pay for monthly full-home cleaning services at $95/clean. This requirement cannot be waived and must be paid prior to each monthly cleaning service.brbr- A $200 security deposit is required as part of the check-in process.
