✓ Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM. Message us and we'll accommodate early or late when the calendar allows.
✓ Max occupancy 16 at any time, including daytime visitors. Strictly enforced per our permit.
✓ No parties or events. Amplified music and outside visitors aren't permitted. Registered guests only.
✓ Quiet hours 10 PM to 7 AM, with outdoor and backyard noise kept down. We have wonderful neighbors and we'd like to keep it that way.
✓ Exterior cameras cover the driveway and entry points. No cameras or recording devices anywhere inside.
✓ No smoking inside the house.
✓ The fire pit is gas. Please turn it off before heading in.
✓ Professionally cleaned between every stay.
