The proximity Tyler, Dallas, Athens and Canton make this place a central stay for anyone wanting to do something new each day or just simply bond with loved ones. Fishing is just right out front off of your balcony so bring a pole if you’d like!brHey there. Your arrival is coming up soon. We want to be sure you are aware of all of our house rules. All Villas and Casitas come as is and our all less than 6months old. There will be no changes, updates or additions unless required by management/host.brbrWe will not accept any dishonoring or disrespectful behavior. If there is, you will be asked to leave immediately. And there will be no refund.brbrNo updates, changes, holes in the walls, or furniture moved is allowed by any guest. All towels, linens and Villa items inside and out must stay with the Villa. brbrNO NOISE Policy between 9pm and 8am. If other guests in near by Villas and Casitas complain, there will be 1 request for silence and the next infraction will result in an immediate removal from the property. Please brbrNO SHOES worn in the Villa. There will be a shoe tray available for you inside. We recommend you have a set of house shoes for your convenience. Also, please keep the entrance doors closed during extreme temperatures for a more comfortable stay. brbrNO SMOKING around the front doors or inside the house. If there is a smell of smoke in the house, there will be an additional $150 charge. Please do not leave any loose trash outside of the home. brbrKindly place all trash from inside and out in the GREEN DUMPSTER as you leave the property. If trash has to be collected inside or outside of the home after your checkout time, there will be a $50 charge. . brbrAlso, please wash any dishes you use and place them on a dry mat on the kitchen counter. There will be an additional $25 cleaning fee for dirty dishes left behind. brbrNO PETS are allowed in this Villa. This is due for the sake of other who have pet allergies and can`t stay in a Villa where pets have been. If there is a pet found to have been in this Villa there will be a $750 additional charge for deep cleaning. This is a new construction home and comes as is with all of the amenities noted. There will be no adjustments made beyond the preparations that are made for each of our guests. If there are any needs for us to enter the space while you are here, we will request the day of a good time to enter. We crafted this Casita with you in mind. It comes with a fully stacked kitchenette, Plush Nectar bed mattress, walk-in rain style shower, tranquil views and a bathrobe to kick back and relax in. You will also have a private fire pit and outside deck.brbrThis is a tiny home that is built like a studio apartment inside. It has everything you need for a nice little getaway by yourself or friend.brbrCheck in will be at 4pm. You will receive a door code promptly at 4pm. The code will be provided at check in time. You will have all access in your Casita until 11am the day of checkout. Early check in or late check out is available for $15 an hour additional cost.brbrWe are here to serve you. Conveniently located outside Athens, Texas, on a beautiful, private, non-profit church camp surrounded by towering pine trees and serene private lakes. Our hotel-style private rooms offer an excellent opportunity to get away from it all! brbrOur private rooms are set-up intentionally to give guests an opportunity for rest and respite. A simple color palette, luxurious bedding and finishes, and peaceful, natural surroundings guarantee you'll be able to experience the tranquility of the country without straying far from city amenities.brbrThere is no TV in our private rooms and we encourage guests to take the chance to disconnect. We do offer wifi if you decide you need it, but we recommend enjoying the sights and sounds of nature instead! Our private campground covers a total of 534 mostly undisturbed acres, so you can expect to see some local wildlife. We routinely see deer, armadillo, opossum, raccoon, and hawk. Be sure to look up on a clear night and you'll get a great view of the stars!brbrThere is a large patio shared by all private rooms with a dining table, rocking chairs, and fire ring. We'll provide the fire wood!brbrYou'll have access to outdoor recreation options within our campgrounds, including a covered basketball court, sand volleyball courts, frisbee golf, fishing our private lake, and hiking trails.
