Stayed Feb 22, 2026It’s great place, very welcoming, Here’s the minor issues: This was our 2nd visit. The coffee maker did not work for me either time. The internet had problems off and on. There was no bath soap, laundry detergent, shampoo was empty. There was a small wooden door on the outside of the house that the wind blew and it knocked against the house. It woke my son up and he propped some wood against it to keep it shut. There was sewer order in the house when my son used the shower upstairs. I will still choose to stay here every time I come to see my sister in Athens, but I hope these minor issues get resolved.

Stayed Jun 11, 2025Upon arrival, the weather was awful, flash flooding, torrential rains, flight delays. Our host was very accommodating to our eventful schedule. The Villa was ready to receive us whenever we arrived. Was pleased to see all the upgrades and expansion of the property from last year. Thank you for a great time. See you next year!!

Stayed Oct 14, 2024Wow I cannot say enough good things about this property! The place is very nice, and COMFORTABLE! They have all the amenities and plus some. The beds were extremely comfortable. The charcuterie board was out of this world fantastic. The board for 2 was plenty for 2 grown men. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Stayed Sep 24, 2024Villa was very comfortable with heating & cooling that you can set differently for different areas. Slept great on the bed, pillows were great too (which is a huge plus because I normally bring my own and forgot it). Water pressure in the shower was fantastic and it either had a water softener or the natural water there is just really, really great. It was very quiet and there was nature stuff outside - if you’re into that sort of thing - I mostly stayed inside. The pictures don’t do it justice, I will definitely be back next time I just need a break from life.

Stayed Feb 11, 2023My wife and I needed a brief trip out of the city for some quiet relaxation. The Villa met that need perfectly. We enjoyed the sunset from the LR and deck as well as the fog hanging over the pond the next morning. Nathan responded immediately to any questions I had. We look forward to returning.
