BRAND NEW + pool & hot tub, lake front with dock

The house had the perfect set-up! Nice features, couldnt hear noise outside when inside. The hot tub was a hit with the teens. The frig was spacious. Had plenty of dish washer ans laundry wash to use during the stay. Owners very responsive and kind the entire trip!

The hosts provided everything you needed, and more, to enjoy a home away from home experience. There are special touches provided throughout the home that make one feel well taken care of and pampered. The open and airy home is cozy, clean, and has more than enough seating and comfy bedding for everyone! We could not get enough of the pool and lake. The pool and deck area is an entertainers dream. You can relax in multiple areas and watch tv while floating around in the pool. There are lots of toys and floats to enjoy the lake, and the opportunity to paddle into secluded areas of the lake and enjoy beautiful, peaceful scenery and wildlife. The hosts communicated and responded quickly to anything we needed, and we didn't need much at all. There are moments created inside and outside of the home that that are specially thought out and well executed. In addition, the home is very comfortable for elderly people to move around inside and outside. The pool is easy to get in and out of as well as being able to walk down and enjoy the dock.

The house, the pool, the hot tub, the dock, the lake, the pool toys, the kayaks, the lily pad, the beach towels, the kitchen, the technology, all of the amenities and 8 members of our family of all ages all combined to make a perfect summer vacation. We had a fishing guide, rented a pontoon boat, visited the Texas Fresh Water Fishery, and had so much fun. We LOVED the TCU purple house. GO FROGS!

We loved our time at the beautiful purple house! The house is quite large and the outdoor area with the pool, hot tub, fireplace, BBQ pit, and so many porches is amazing! We enjoyed watching the ducks and geese that are around this time of year. The house is full of technology which is quite easy to use. The pool, hot tub, outdoor lighting, and music are controlled by an iPad located conveniently by the back door. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, pots and pans, utensils, glassware, everything you need if you like to cook. There is a huge refrigerator, two ice makers, large island, and plenty of seating. There are four bedrooms, two upstairs and two downstairs, each with it's own bathroom, as well as a half bath in the main hallway. There is even a secret hide-a-way for the kids!Blair was very responsive and friendly the few times I had to contact her. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend the house to anyone - families, couples, girls or guys trip. Our hope is to come back sometime when it's a bit warmer so we can enjoy the pool and the lake more.

Just pack your swimsuits, clothes and food for your stay!!! The Grease Palace had everything we needed for a great weekend away!!! We have six children ranging from 8 months to college age…they have SERIOUSLY thought of everything!!! Lifejackets in every size, umbrella for the pool, pool toys, outside towels, kayaks, LILY PAD, extra blankets/pillows, spices, Tupperware, TWO ICE MACHINES, outside mini fridge, and cooking supplies/appliances! The kids really enjoyed the built in chargers on the kitchen island!! lol. We have stayed at dozens of beach houses over the years, but never at the lake. Def a new favorite! We enjoyed bringing our boat to dock, the 2 kayaks provided, and endless hours in the GORGEOUS pool! The baby really loved the lagoon area to play in and the umbrella was perfect to keep him out of the sun. REALLY appreciated that! (And the pack and play to sleep in) You get to watch the sunset every night, and we loved the night swims/hot tub time with the pool lights! I am a must have music person- and they have the NEATEST system for that!!! We will DEFINITELY be back❤️ We never heard “I’m bored” NOT ONE TIME from our kids 11/10 Recommend staying at the Grease Palace!!!!
