Stayed Sep 19, 2025The house was very clean and felt brand new when you walked in. The location is very peaceful and quiet with amazing views. We visited Athens for my husband and his brother’s high school reunion so this location was close enough to downtown.

Stayed Sep 3, 2025House was just as described. Very clean, comfortable and location was great. We were there for work with the East Texas State Fair livestock show. We loved that it was in the country but still so close to the fairgrounds, food and Walmart. Easy check in process. Would stay there again.

It was conveniently located to our destination (Lone Star Camp) and local businesses, stores and eateries. The owners (& family) were friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Stayed Mar 9, 2025Cute house in the country in Athens. The house was clean, decorated cute and had everything we needed. This was a great house and location for a girl's getaway. Convenient to Lake Athens, fairgrounds, shopping and dining. Will definitely book again when staying in the area!

Stayed Oct 4, 2024This was a great rental. Process from reservation thru checkout was seamless. Only thing I didn’t see when making reservation is that all bedrooms are upstairs. That wouldn’t have been a game changer for me personally but others in my group might have had a different opinion. I would rent this property again. Thanks !
