The city allows short-term rental parking in the driveway only. Any tickets or towing when parking in the street will be the responsibility of the owner of the vehicle.brbr6. Check-out time is 10 AM. Check-out information is located in the Guest Book and will be emailed. Unauthorized late checkout will result in additional charges if it results in the cancellation of incoming guests. If you choose to enjoy the patio, the furniture cushions are in the house. When not in use, please bring the cushions back in. We have some ornery squirrels that like to nibble on the cushions when left out. brbr9. Owners/hosts bear NO responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that you may sustain within or during your stay, NOR damaged personal belongings or vehicles. br br10. Damage deposit required. Guests will compensate the host for any broken, damaged, missing, lost, or stolen items at the time of checkout. Any damages to the home from guests will be charged to the value of the items. The amount may exceed the deposit amount. brbr11. No Fireworks (it’s illegal in our City).brbr12. The trash bin is located on the side of the house. For stays on trash days, please take the trash to the curb on Tuesday night after 7 PM. Trash pickup days are Wednesday mornings. They pick up around 7 am. Trash bags are provided; please bag all trash before placing it in the trash cans. When checking out, make sure all trash is bundled and placed in the trash cans on the side of the house. Please keep the lid closed to keep the animals out of it. brbr13. Only toilet paper down the toilet. NO Kleenex, NO paper towels, NO Tampons, NO Wipes. NO Dude wipes. Please dispose of it in the trash. brbr14. No commercial, advertising, or special events are permitted. brbr15. Our property is not set up for infants and is not childproof; however, children are very welcome in our home with parents` direct supervision at all times. Please bring the necessary gear for your infants if needed. We do provide a pack and play for your use. brbr16. Strict quiet hours from 10 PM - 9 AM. NO blasting of music at any time of the day. The City of Arlington has No Outside Congregation Restrictions between 10 pm and 9 am.brbr17. Surveillance on the property for security purposes only. (outside)brbr18. A 9% city tax is included in your nightly rate.brbr19. Must be at least 25 years old to book. A photo ID may be required upon check-in.brbr20. Security Deposit - maybe required by Airbnb up to $500. brbr21. The guest will be charged the full security deposit if any of the rules are broken, regardless of any damages. Guests may be asked to leave early if violating any of these rules. No refunds for violating the rules.brbr22. The host shall be contacted if there are any questions or concerns.brbr23. If you use the queen pull-out sofa in the living room, the sheets and pillow are in the livingroom under the TV. The sheets can be put in the laundry room bin if used. brbr24. Please, NO glitter. Glitter is very hard to clean up and remove. If Glitter is found, an extra cleaning fee of $50 will be charged. brbr25. Travel Insurance is highly recommended. The host is not responsible for Airline delays, Traffic, weather, or any other delays. No refunds for these or anything else for a delay in your trip. All VRBO cancellations are subject to a Stripe credit card fee for refund. brbr26.
