Such a great place to stay. The local restaurants were fantastic and a wonderful area to explore outside of Nashville. We will be back!

Gayden and Leon couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating. It was our first time staying in their property. It will not be our last!!!

Very welcoming, clean, quite it was a very relaxing place to stay

This space is beautiful and was fully equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were kind enough to provide snacks, drinks and coffee and tea which was much appreciated! The shower was already supplied with body wash, shampoo and conditioner so we felt right at home. We were in Kingston Springs for a short stay to visit family so we didn't visit any of the local shops. We have, however, visited the library in the past with grandchildren and it is absolutely adorable! The only concern we had was the strong odor from the air fresheners. We both have asthma and the smells, unfortunately, were a bit overpowering. Aside from that we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this little home away from home to others.

We love the convenient location within walking distance to Turnbull and SkyKing! The place is always clean and comfortable!

Had everything we needed for our stay in Tennessee. Just close enough to Nashville, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of Tennessee. We enjoyed the pizza shop and gift shop. Both are within walking distance of the apartment.The pizza was excellent and the gift shop was one of the best I’ve been to. I bought quite a few trinkets to take home. Our hosts were super nice and we enjoyed their hospitality.

Leon and Gayden were perfect hosts. They were very quick to respond to any questions. The location was perfect for us and very comfortable.They recommended a couple of restaurants and the pizza place was amazing. I believe it was Sky King Pizza within walking distance.

We liked place especially since it was a last minute decision and the price point was good. We didn’t know they had little dogs and lived in the upstairs. This is a cute little place as part of their basement home. Decorated nicely and comfy bed and my husband loved the pillows! He wants to buy his own! lol! Nice little kitchenette with everything we needed. Just some dusty lights and the door to the upstairs was right next to the bed and not able to lock it from someone coming down. I’m not sure I would start again but they were nice and it was a sweet little place. Dogs don’t bother us because we have our own little happy pups at home but would be nice to know it for those who might not like it and should be divulged. Nice little personal touches of snacks and drinks were appreciated!

We’ve stayed at this place several times now. It doesn’t disappoint. We love being able to walk to get coffee in the morning and we’re close to our family who live in Kingston Springs. Thanks for the hospitality!

The property was perfect for my wife and I to get away for the weekend. We received clear instructions and had no issues. :)

We throughly enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and we loved the coffee shop within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet, just far enough outside Nashville to avoid the crowds when desired.

This trip was a mini honeymoon for my new husband and I and we cannot recommend it enough! It was easy to find, the a/c worked great (Tennessee summers, ya know?), and everything was clean and fresh. We were just far enough away from the loud city traffic, but close enough to do a little shopping in town. Leon and Gayden were the perfect hosts, we hope to stay here again one day!

Clean & location was good

I stayed here after attending a week long music and nature camp at Wooten Woods. This was a perfect home away from home to explore Nashville but still have a nice quiet place to return to. The extras provided by the host was what really put it over the top. Coffee, creamer, sugar, waters, soda, and snacks were all provided by the hosts. Will definitely stay again if I'm back in the area
