Cozy Tennessee cabin was perfect for our family. We wanted to visit the Nashville area for my daughters Spring break without being right in the city. With this location we had the best of both worlds. It was very easy to go downtown for live music, and dinner. While at the cabin we could enjoy quiet mornings with coffee on the deck or front porch. The cabin was very clean, had three bathrooms which was a plus for a family of five. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was very accommodating for 3 adults and 2 children. Each bedroom having its own bathroom is a major plus. I wish I could have taken my shower home with me. Water pressure to die for. Would definitely stay again.

We very much enjoyed your cabin! Very nice setting and very pleased with the coziness of the great room and the joined kitchen area! Very nicely furnished. We enjoyed the island, very unique and perfect for having two people cooking, having the ability to move the island to give more room in the kitchen is a bonus! Best of all, having a property that is pet friendly allowing us to spend time with our son and his dog.Thank you!

The property was exactly how it was explained in its description and pictures.The house was decorated nicely, and the fenced yard was perfect for our dogs! The house was clean and well equipped. It was really nice to have towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided. Lastly, Denise, the owner was very accommodating. She was a gem! We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the quiet of the woods and the comfort of the cabin. It was within easy distance of Nashville, but we really enjoyed all of the nearby small towns and the friendly people who live there. If you're looking for peace, quiet, and ease, this is a great choice!

This place is amazing! It is the perfect getaway tucked in the beauty of nature. The definition of peace and quiet. It is a less than 30 minute drive to everything (grocery stores, hiking trails, restaurants, etc.), which was very nice. Denise was very responsive and made sure that we had everything that we could possibly need. 10/10 recommendation!

We rented this cabin while in town to see our new grandbaby. It is easy to get to and we found it to be clean and inviting. The main sectional in the family room and two king size beds on the main floor are very comfortable. We did not use the upstairs but there are two twin beds and a bathroom. The front porch was our favorite spot to have coffee with two fans! Host was responsive and we highly recommend!

This property is fantastic. We were doing genealogy work for my husband and this house is centrally located to Nashville, Centerville, Franklin and Dickson. Lots to do and see. My in-laws were with us and loved the place as well. Bedrooms nicely appointed as was the kitchen. Walk in shower in master bedroom. The only speed bump was the stairs - there are flagstone stairs up to the front door or a flight of stairs from the garage to the main living floor. A bit harder for 87 yr olds to maneuver but the cottage in the trees was worth it!Felt like home.

Was perfect

Check in was very easy. Communicating with the owner was easy. Ease of wi-fi while working. We did not make any meals in the cabin but kitchen tools were readily available to do so.

This was the perfect place to stay close to my dad and his wife who live in Kingston Springs. My husband saw fireflies for the first time. We played corn-hole, cards, did puzzles, and played Apples to Apples. It was a quick half hour drive into Nashville. Great place to stay; I will rent again next time we come to visit my dad. Thanks!

Our stay was just perfect! Close to enjoy downtown Nashville, while being away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This cabin was just the perfect getaway! And Denise was the perfect host!

Perfect little cozy cabin for a quick weekend getaway with my family. Everything was as described.

This was a nice place to stay after spending time in Nashville and then getting away from all the hustle bustle. We were able to ride a side by side tour at Fisher's Outdoors and kayak as well as enjoy all of Nashville city. Great vacation and nice cabin. The host was excellent.

We felt safe and at peace in this beautiful cabin. It was close enough to the city for us to go to a couple events, but far enough away that there was no concern for disruption of family time. We even walked down the street and met some neighbors, attended the Arts Market in Kingston Springs, and had late night milkshakes at Sonic.

Easy to find from Nashville airport. House was immaculate and every bed was comfortable!! Quiet and beautiful area. Was nice to have the little extra's. - toothbrushes, ziplock bags, etc. You will need your own laundry soap if you plan on doing laundry.

Family trip for vacation. Nice location easy to find cabin, clean cabin, had everything we needed. Would love to book cabin again for future vacations.

We (5 adults) stayed here for the weekend. It’s a nice property in a nice neighborhood. Clean, beds were comfortable, good proximity to Nashville. Our trip was short so we didn’t use many of the offered amenities, but the house was well kept and stocked with everything you could need!

We had a great time visiting and relaxing, and the home provided just the atmosphere

Great location!

My family and I went on this trip as our Christmas gift to see the music town everyone talks about. We enjoyed the home during our stay. We did loose heat during the stay, but Denise communicated with us and coordinated for a repair to happen the next day. This area received an unusual cold and snow storm during our stay that caused appliances and roadways to challenged.

Loved the two king suites. Very nice having the bathroom upstairs so the kids had their own bath. We took our son and his family for a winter retreat. The house was so cute, clean and communication with host was easy and prompt. My grandson loved the corn hole game downstairs. Truly would recommend.

My husband and I traveled to Nashville with some friends for a wedding. We were looking for a place to stay that would put us halfway between Nashville and the wedding venue, as we had arranged for a couple of extra days to stay. This was perfect for us! The space was clean and ideal for 2 couples to hang out and make our ‘home base’ for the weekend. We would definitely recommend this property and we would stay again! Thank you, Denise!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful cabin. The location is close to Nashville but felt like we were in the mountains. Nice Landlady to deal with and great amenities provided.

We had a pre-thanksgiving family stay at this beautiful cabin and it was exactly right for our reunion. Plenty of room for everyone, bonus downstairs game room was so nice! Cozy fire pit for evenings and a nice big deck for morning coffee. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was gorgeous and in a very quiet area close to a lot of things to do! The fireplace and back porch looking over the woods was a beautiful scene to wake up to every morning! We wished we were staying longer!

The home had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable, Back deck is marvelous for late night chats and we felt so safe and at peace!!! We will be back!!!

Clean home with good location for our activities in Kingston Springs.

We traveled to Nashville for a wedding and were fortunate to find the perfect place to stay. This home was ideal for 3 adults and our dog. Very comfortable and well laid out. The neighborhood was very quiet (the house is located on a dead-end street) and, while there are houses on either side, because the lot is surrounded by trees, you had complete privacy. Sitting on the deck at night, we were treated to a canopy of stars. Because of the location, our trips into Nashville were quick and easy. I can't say enough wonderful things about our host Denise. She went out of her way to make everything simple and easy for a group of senior citizens who are technically challenged. We highly recommend this lovely home for anyone travelling to Nashville who would like to relax, take it easy and enjoy some peace and quiet!

Great property, close to the highway for easy access to Nashville yet tucked away in the woods. We'll come back!
