A BRAND NEW SPACE, The Arches at Morningside is a beautiful, centrally located, family friendly, fully stocked home in a quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes from downtown Rapid City, 5 minutes from the Monument Event Center, 5 minutes from The Executive Golf Course, as well as world class mountain biking on M Hill. The large mature trees visible from the main living area provide ample shade and truly make you feel like you're in the treetops. Enjoy a family meal at the 9 foot dining table. The main entrance and garage open to the main level of the house with very few steps, (2 steps into the kitchen from the garage and 1 step into the house through the front door). There is a downstairs apartment with no access between the two floors of the house. Our 23 year old son lives downstairs. He has a separate entrance at the back of the property. You may see him coming and going. (Tall handsome blonde guy). He is gone much of the day with his electrician apprenticeship.
