Charming bungalow! Fantastic!

The owner of the property couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The location was also great. There is so much to see and do in the area and all of the sites were within an easy day trip. It's also near the downtown area with easy access to great restaurants and shops.

We loved the house, the location, and the cleanliness. Highly recommend!

Overall nice place, clean and charming, loved the location which was across the street from a park. Perfect for the g-kids (age 9 and 12). We were lucky that the weather was comfortable as the air conditioner was not functional. Please read the fine print as there is a renter living in the basement, brief concern as we had noise coming from the garage area late at night.

Julie was an excellent host, we had a great time in rapid city. It’s was basically in the middle of all attractions we were interested in. Garage parking was great for our motorcycles.

Property is very well maintained. Our stay was excellent and would definitely stay here again. Our host was polite and has a beautiful home.

Overall our stay was good. The location was ideal for exploring Rapid City. The cleanliness of the property was privately discussed with the owner as well as an advertised specialty coffee maker that was no longer available. The bed was comfortable and the house had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was good at communicating the check-in process.

Fantastic location - easy to get to all of the places we wanted to see. Very clean, would stay there again if we ever back in SD.

Terrific location for our home base to ride our motorcycles. Nothing was too far away. Badlands, Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, Iron Mountain Road, Deadwood, Sturgis, Spearfish Canyon and Needles Highway. House worked out great with the added bonus of a garage to park the bikes in.

It was great being able to stay in the area of Rapid City that we raised our children in. The home was very comfortable and a great location close to everything.

We stayed here while visiting the National parks in the area. It was the perfect place to relax in the evenings. Julie provided all the basic essentials (detergent, condiments, paper goods) so we didn’t have to run out and buy these items. We would definitely stay again!

Comfortable and great location

A very comfortable, cozy place. The host provided everything we needed for our stay! Beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

A straightforward review is what I rely on most when making a decision to rent a location, so here 's mine:The host was very responsive to our concerns, the check in was smooth, the house was nice, comfy and inviting, the location was convenient to most everything we wanted. Following are the few items we had issue with:-The front porch was not as private as we had anticipated because of the multiple lanes of traffic passing the house.-The basement renter accesses his private entry door though your shared garage. Also he leaves early (530am) in the morning and the door slams loudly behind him which woke the people in the second bedroom every morning. - Be aware the Comfort Zone Knobs have nothing to do with the AC!! ENJOY YOUR STAY!!!

This a wonderful cottage. Communication with the hostess was exceptional!! Perfect location to all our events. Was so great to be across the street from a part for walking and relaxation. Was so nice to have a garage space to park our car incase of bad weather. Definitely our top rental. Thank you so much!!

Came to Rapid City to consider moving there. Stayed in this cute cottage across the street from a big park. Very comfy king size bed, kitchen and bath have everything you could possibly need and more. Nice having a garage too! Look out for the bunnies and deer in the front yard!

We enjoyed our stay and the location is convenient for getting to all of the 'must see' attractions. Well maintained and everything you need for a comfortable visit.

We came on the best weekend when there were fall festivals and trick or treating at businesses. This home is a cute little 2 bedroom with 2 twin beds in one room and one king bed in the master. It’s in the middle of town in between so many attractions. Easy check in and easy check out!

Lovely home and very well set up. Extremely comfortable bed. There are tenants in the basement which was fine but not well documented so a surprise when they arrived home. There is some road noise from the street in front of the house but not an issue. Very close to the river bike path which was great. Close to two groceries stores as well.

When we searched for a place to stay, we picked this property because it checked all the boxes of what we wanted in our price range. Some of the benefits important to us were a good neighborhood, a washer and dryer, a Keurig maker with k-cups and a garage. This place provided all we needed. We were not at all disappointed when we occupied this home; in fact, I would like to live in a home like this in a neighborhood like this. This is a great Rapid City community close to the Black Hills with a lot of things to do and see. We would definitely stay here again.

My family of three really enjoyed staying at this rental. It was the perfect base for all of our South Dakota adventures. We loved the home set up and having a kitchen to prepare our meals. Bonus on having laundry available and garage for our car.

A charming place very convenient to everything

Julie's place was way more than we expected. It has a well stocked kitchen (we cook from scratch). The furniture and bed were comfortable and the house is right across the road from a massive park with tons of walking paths. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Our stay was just as we expected. The house is clean and the beds comfortable. We mostly enjoyed the proximity to being able to play tennis every night of our stay!

This house in Rapid City was the perfect home base for our vacation to the Black Hills. It was so relaxing to come back to after a busy day out sightseeing. My boys loved the fact that there were tennis courts right across the street and that tennis racquets and balls were provided at the house. It's also very close to Storybrook Island, for families with younger kids. Another bonus is it was right down the street from dining options, gas stations, and a grocery store. The beds were comfy, the place was very clean and everything was provided that we needed while there, including a garage, which was so nice to have available to us. Thank you for a great stay!

The house was clean and comfortable. A good location. I especially liked the front porch when morning drinking coffee. And being able to park in the garage was a huge bonus. I would stay here again.
