Adorable two bedroom home located on the desirable west side adjacent to tennis courts, racquet ball courts, formal gardens, huge zero entrance swimming pool, water park and City biking trail system. Less 1/4 mile from Story Book Island, and Legion baseball fields and within 1/2 mile of 40 restaurants and shopping.

This home was completely remodeled with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, white enameled cabinets, vaulted ceilings and windows galore. The main floor has twobedrooms - one with a king size bed and one with two twin beds. Laundry room and full bath with huge shower.
