This property is locally owned and managed by us, residents of Rapid City. We respect your privacy and will not be present during your stay, but live in the neighborhood and are readily available to answer any questions you may have. You can expect timely and personal responses directly from us.

Amazing 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom zero-entry house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on main floor with full accessibility. The house also has a long frontage on a road with dedicated lane for street parking that will accommodate most trailers brought to town for stock show, motorcross, Sturgis Rally, etc.

We've attempted to make this house as friendly to seniors and those with challenges with steps. The path from the driveway to the front door is a gentle sloping ramp with a handrail until you reach the front door. Once inside, you'll find everything you need at ground level - kitchen, dining area, living area, laundry room, rear deck, 2 full bathrooms, and two bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with ADA-compliant assist handles for both the toilet and to enter/exit the shower/tub.
Each of the beds are outfitted with comfortable bedding, pillows and extra blankets to accommodate most sleeping styles. We also have extra bedding and pillows. In the downstairs, we have lots of sleeping capacity for large families/groups with a massive queen-over-queen bunk bed in one bedroom and two twin over twin bunk beds with a pull out twin trundle under one.

The upper and lower living rooms have plenty of comfortable seating capacity so that large groups/families can spread out and enjoy the two 65 Smart VIZIO HDTV's that are supported by the highest speed WIFI available in the area. We've also got a full size foosball table and several board and card games and a game table to play them on.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the popular utensils and cookware to include a crockpot, duo Keurig coffee maker with traditional coffee pot. Large initial stock of K-cups, sweeteners, and creamers to get you started before you hit the local grocery store. In the warmer months, there is a large propane grill on the backyard deck where you can grill and enjoy the amazing South Dakota sunsets over the Black Hills and the kids can enjoy the large back yard. As development continues in the subdivision, there will be additional houses built to the rear of the house, but it will also bring a walking trail that will be accessible from the gate in the back yard.

To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, we ask that you please observe the following rules:

No Parties — And We Mean It. Absolutely NO PARTIES, EVENTS, or GATHERINGS are allowed on the property at any time.
The only individuals authorized to be on the property are those guests who are included in the reservation and those who have received pre-approval from us, the owners and managers of the property.
Any unauthorized visitors, regardless of how long they are on the property or if they come in a group or in one’s and two’s, will be treated as overnight guests and may result in additional charges and/or an immediate termination of the booking without refund,
The property is monitored by exterior security cameras and our safety conscious neighbors who help us keep the space safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone — including future guests like you.
Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
No Pets: Due to severe owner allergies, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed on the property, inside or out. A significant sanitization fee will be charged for violations.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the home and anywhere on the property. A $500 deodorizing fee may be applied if evidence of smoking is found.
Food and Drink: Please confine all eating and drinking to the kitchen and patio areas.
Primary Guest: The person who makes the reservation must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. We do not allow third party bookings.

The primary guest will be required to sign an online rental agreement verifying that they and all the guests will be informed of and abide by these rules during the stay before access to the property will be granted.

    This was a great house for our visit to Rapid City. Good location, convenient to freeways to make getting around the area easier. It was very clean and as described in the photos and listing. Michael was very good and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

    The home was perfect for our family. The kitchen was very organized and well stocked. The bedroom options are setup great for groups and families. The location has easy access to several well-visited attractions. Hope to visit again someday. Mini-Rushmore will be at the top of our list for accommodations.

    The house was great! We would suggest adding a queen bed downstairs that is not part of a bunk bed. It is not the best set up For 6 adults. It is difficultTo sit in the queen bunk bed as the top is bunk is low. Other than that, the house was fine!

    This house was very nice. It's well stocked, super clean, and the location is perfect. It's nice and quiet, yet close to everything. Beds were super comfortable, great towels and bedding. I highly recommend this property!

    Our experience was about as perfect as it could be. The place was clean and very comfortable. The beds were great and the kitchen had all the basics. The garage parking was also a great plus on the wetter / colder days. The location incredibly convenient to just about everywhere we planned to visit. Anything within the Rapid City downtown area was 5-10 minutes away. A large shopping / dining area is just a couple of miles away and right next to I-90.

    This home worked out great for our family when visiting the main attractions in the Black Hills. Kitchen was well stocked to be able to make meals and eat there. The location was great and hosts very attentive. It worked out great that Walmart and Sam’s club are only 5 minutes away. Nice neighborhood too.

    This home was just perfect for our two families (with a total of 7 kids!). The house is laid out wonderfully, with 2 living areas, “adult” bedrooms upstairs, and “kid” bedrooms downstairs - for us, anyway. The kitchen had everything we needed, the grill worked great, plenty of linens and bathroom supplies, giant tvs! This home was a great place to relax after full days of adventures!! Thank uou!

    Do you have plans for a family trip to Rapid City? You NEED to stay here. They say homes are all about Location, Location, Location. This home is situated near everything you’ll need. Target? 3 minute drive. Walmart? 3 minute drive. The absolute coolest butcher shop? 2 minute drive. Everything you’ll need for your stay is so close. Are you curious about attractions? Mount Rushmore? Less than 45 minutes. Crazy Horse? Less than an hour. Deadwood? 45 minutes. They have everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay like you’re just at home. We were a family of 8 and everyone had more than enough room. A massive 8 person dining room table. Huge sectional couch in front of a glorious television that will allow you to stream all of your services like you do at home. Brand new appliances to cook on. Do you want to BBQ while looking out over the beautiful South Dakota landscape? This place has you covered. Did you forgot your cell phone charge block because you rushed out of the house and only grabbed your charger cords? Not to worry. Every single bedside table is wired with not one but two USB charging ports. I have stayed in quite a few VRBO properties over the last few years, and this one absolutely ranks near the top of all time best properties. You won’t be sorry that you booked here. I was the family hero for picking this place!!! Thank you for hosting us!!
