LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Large 5 BR 4.5 BA ocean view raised beach house in Ocean Lakes Campground Myrtle Beach SC with 3 MASTER SUITES-Sleeps 14! This house is close to EVERYTHING Ocean Lakes has to offer right on Periwinkle Drive walking distance to water park, pool, recreation center, parks, basketball courts, corn hole, and only steps to the beach! But if you don't want to walk this rental includes 2 complementary golf carts for guests over 21 to drive around the entire campground and for the high five parade at the end of the night (not for use outside of Ocean Lakes). This house not only has a huge master suite downstairs but 2 more master suites with their own bathrooms upstairs as well. The two master bedrooms upstairs have their own covered balcony for relaxing outside. This luxurious new construction house offers plenty of space for families or groups with five comfortable bedrooms, including a king bed, three queen beds, and a fun twin over full bunk bed with an additional pull-out trundle bed. These bed rooms will sleep up to 12 but if you need a couple additional people there is large modular sofa in the living room that can be configured into a large bed for 2 other people to sleep. brEnjoy your time relaxing on the large covered deck with plenty of seating and dining table. There is also an outdoor living space under the house for lounging and watching TV. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, the tranquil atmosphere invites you to unwind and recharge. brUpon entering the house, you walk into the welcoming living room/ kitchen and dining room open floor plan. The kitchen is beautiful with large granite island, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig & drip coffee maker for your morning brew, fully stocked with all the essentials for your cooking needs. There is a large table with seating for 8, as well as, setting for 6 at the huge kitchen island bar allowing everyone to sit and eat comfortably. The living room has a large modular sectional sofa and huge 75 in smart TV. There are additional TVs in all of the bedrooms. The first Master Bedroom is also on the first floor with a king bed and enormous en suite with large shower and double granite vanity. There is an additional half bath on the first floor so that the master bath can be private. brOn the second floor, you will find 4 more bedrooms. There are 2 more masters with en suites. Both have queen beds, one with a large shower and the other with a tub/shower combo bath. Both upper masters have their own access to the upper covered balcony and additional outdoor seating. Then there are 2 additional bedrooms that share a bath with a tub/shower combo. The first is a queen bedroom with an ocean view. The second is a kid room with twin over full bunk bed and an additional trundle twin bed allowing that room to sleep 4 comfortably. Laundry is also located on the 2nd floor with full size washer and dryer.brThis area of Ocean Lakes has spacious roads so parking under the house is easy and can accommodate 4 small cars or 3 large vehicles. A private gated community with 24-hour security and outdoor security cameras for your protection.. The Village has four fishing lakes, tennis courts, basketball court, bocce ball court, volleyball court and many walking and biking areas. Oceanside Village has three pools; 2 outdoor with a children's water park which our house is only a two-minute walk away or 30 seconds by golf cart(included).Also there is a indoor heated pool just a 2 minute ride from the house. Both have kiddie pools and hot tubs. Both pool areas have plenty of room for sitting and lounging or sunbathing.brThe Village also has its own private Beach parking area with restrooms and outdoor showers. Just a 3 minute ride from our house.brbrOur home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ceiling fans are in all bedrooms and the living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed with chest, dresser and smart TV. The second bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed, chest, and dresser and cable TV. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, one with full size bottom and pull-out twin trundle underneath plus a chest, and drawers under one bunk. This room is perfect for 4-6 children.brAll rooms have their own closets with hangers and room for storing other belongings.brThe spacious living area has a large sofa, 3 very comfortable chairs, and large flat screen smart TV, DVD / VHS player. Yes I said VHS so bring those old movies you haven't watched in years. Also, free Wi-Fi is includedbrThere is a large kitchen with an island, built-in microwave, toaster, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, and crock pot. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you should need. Dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc.brLarge dining area has dining table with 6 chairs + 4 stools at the island / bar.brFor your convenience there is NEW refridgerator, NEW dish washer, a NEW full size washer and dryer plus iron and ironing board.brThere is a front porch with two rocking chairs and a rear sundeck with a large propane grill. Our home is a stilt house in the very desired holiday inn section of Ocean Lakes Family Campground.The only problem will be deciding sand and surf, water park, fishing or relaxing on your deck and watching the ocean. You can do it all without ever having to get in your car! Located on Seaside Drive overlooking swash allows the kids to try fishing or crabbing while you relax and enjoy. Great location! Smart TVs and wireless internet.The lower back deck located on the swash allows for fun crabbing, fishing, and watching water fowl from the convenience of your deck. Just a few steps to the beautiful sandy beach with a great playground in front of the dunes. All you need to do is grab a towel and take a few steps to relax to the sounds of the ocean. Your feet are in the sand within 500 ft!brThere are 2 entrances to house. One is covered in case of inclement weather and second entrance takes you to a large deck that wraps around 3 sides of house, giving you beautiful lake and ocean views. Both lower and upper deck comfortably set up with multiple tables, outdoor seating with gas and charcoal grill for your enjoyment. A very well equipped kitchen with eat in table and chairs plus open dining-living areas on the first floor. First floor also has a master bedroom (King) suite with private full bathroom. There is a half bath located on first floor off back hallway. Two very spacious bedroom suites on second floor, both with their own full baths attached. One bedroom has a queen size bed and third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a full bed. A beautiful sunny sitting nook in between bedrooms contains queen pull out sofa. Laundry room with sink across from sitting nook. brBecause house is located on the swash it is more private with ease of access to 3 car parking under house. One of our favorite features is the huge deck that has either shade or sun which ever you are in need of.brThe house is in Ocean Lakes Family Campground giving you free access to the beautiful water park, pool, arcades, lakes, and beach. The best of everything whether you want to sit back and relax or join in with all the amazing activities available in the park or in the Myrtle Beach area. A quick 15 minute car ride to the beautiful Murrells Inlet seafood capital of South Carolina. There are so many wonderful eateries you can eat out everyday and you still leave behind places to go to next trip. It's a shopping haven for those of us who love to shop right out of the Ocean Lakes gate.
