For starters the entire unit was completely repainted with welcoming colors. All new furnishings and decor were added throughout. The bathroom was completely remodeled! New blinds were added, as well as a new Roku TV, and a cold water filtration system under the sink! This piece of paradise is practically brand new! Guests will love relaxing in this pristine vacation rental!br brUpon arrival, guests will enter in through the bedroom. This bedroom features a queen size bed, night stands on either side of the bed with lamps for extra lighting, closet with dryer inside, dresser for storage, and small fire place.br brMaking your way past the bedroom is the kitchen, and our guests will not be disappointed! Guests will be pleased with the oversized counter space and cabinets. The kitchen features oversized counter space, full size appliances, including a 2 burner cook top, wall mounted microwave, new fridge, tile flooring, and more. The spacious cabinets are perfect for storing food and snacks, and many of them are stocked with all basic kitchenware and cooking utensils. All dishes, plates, silverware, pots, pans, and cookware are provided! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of incredible dining options, and many of them are within walking distance or a short drive from Sand Dunes Resort. To name a couple, River City Café is onsite at Sand Dunes. Within a mile, there is an Outback Steakhouse, Fiesta Mexican Restaurant, and the upscale Flamingo Grill. (These restaurants are subject to change). br brAcross from the kitchen is the completely remodeled bathroom. This bathroom features a large standing shower, a vanity with mirror and over head lighting, and toilet.br brThe living room is located at the very front of the condo. The living area features ample seating for several guests and is fully furnished with a sofa that converts to a full size sleeper sofa, accent chair, a large wall-mounted Roku TV, side table, small table and chairs, and access to the oceanfront balcony. There is also a second sliding glass door in this area making the entire back wall a focal point for breathtaking oceanfront views. Being on the 7th floor, the view is absolutely incredible and guests will enjoy incredible views for as far as you can see! So many of our guests have sent us photos of dolphins, boats, gorgeous sunrises, and colorful sunsets. br brAll bath towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided.
