The house sits mountain side overlooking the beautiful Jones Gap conservation area with over 2900 SF of outdoor decks and screen porch! The home is ideal for family gatherings, reunions, and outdoor enthusiast. Hikers will enjoy easy access to the nearby Mountain Bridge nature trails and bikers will enjoy the Caesar's Head mountain biking challenge. brbrThe main floor is a great place for games, movies, reading, and conversation. Large Main Living Room with wood burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and plenty of room to spread out and relax! Living Room has Roku-Enabled 50 Inch TV. Living Room Opens onto large wrap around deck with stunning views of the mountain vistas and large picnic table and ample seating! A spacious, well-equipped kitchen features two side-by-side refrigerators, microwave, warming oven, and industrial 6 burner gas stove. Large Work Island and ample dinner ware, pots, pans, flat ware, etc. Butler’s Pantry with wine fridge, Keurig and coffee maker. Large breakfast area with table that seats 6. Breakfast room opens onto large screen in porch with seating and gas grill. This floor features the Master Bedroom (king bed) with ensuite and guest bedroom (full bed) with easy access to the full hall bath. brbrThe Lower Level features 5 Bedrooms (4 Kings and 1 Full). Family Room with gas log fireplace, wet bar, and Roku-Enabled 40 Inch TV. Kitchenette with stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Breakfast table seats 6. Outdoor fire pit. Half Bath. Built to accommodate and entertain large groups, yet intimate enough for small gatherings. Located in a small, private, historic mountain community, surrounded by thousands of acres of beautiful hiking trails and waterfalls. Easy access in and out. Attractions within a short drive include golf, great shopping, fine dining, as well as some of the finest artist’s studios and galleries in the country. Recently updated paint and furnishings. brThe kitchen is completely equipped for gourmet entertaining, and is open to a dining room (seats 10-12) and a large living room with beautiful rock fireplace that leads to expansive covered/screened porches and outdoor entertaining.
