The garage is not accessible.brI am a small business owner in the area, and also live less than 5 minutes from this house. I always want to respect guests’ privacy, so I won’t be on-site unless needed. brSomeone may stop by and access the garage on Sundays to set the trash and recycling by the road for pick-up Monday, and stop back by to replace them. There may also be service professionals stop by the house during your visit for routing maintenance, however I will contact to give you a heads-up.brI’m typically in the area to help with any issues during your reservation- just give me a call!brbrThis home is located just off Folly road at the beginning of a small beach neighborhood. There are always neighbors out walking their dogs, pushing strollers, or going for a run. This is a very safe, and community oriented neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors during your stay!brbrJust off the back deck of The Lookout is a large tributary fed pond, that connects to the marshes. Anglers, bring your rods! Most of the time you can use knee boots to walk around the pond, or hip waders at higher tide. The pond has some decent size flounder and redfish, and I recommend Crosby's approximately one mile down Folly Road for general bait and general tackle. Be sure to check out Crosby's for some of the best local fresh seafood! For a full angler shop however, I recommend The Charleston Angler (12-20 min away). You will need a SC Fishing License, IF you happen to be approached by a wildlife/DNR officer (not likely, but I told you).brThere is a Walmart approximately 3 miles away, Harris Teeter (grocery store), and beach supply store across the street.brThe driveway for this home will accommodate 4-5 cars.brThere are exterior cameras on the driveway, pool area, and entrances for the protection of the property and guests. Noise (party prevention), carbon monoxide, and fire alarms located within.brThe home allows a maximum of two dogs, which is billed separately at $50/dog/night. The back yard is completely fenced.
