Coachman's Cottage is situated between Porlock and Porlock Weir. The property is set well back from the lane and is accessed via a private drive (shared only with the owners property, which is next door).brbrDogs are welcome by prior arrangement (2 maximum, or possibly 3 small/medium dogs on request). A supplementary fee of £15 will be added to your invoice per dog. Please do not allow your dogs on the furniture or upstairs and do not leave them alone in the property at any time.brbrCoachman's Cottage is strictly non-smoking.brbrThe property will be ready from 4 pm on the day of your arrival. Please depart by 10 am on the last day of your stay. Please leave the property clean and tidy so that we can guarantee it will be ready on time for our next guests.brbrIndoor DescriptionbrCoachman's Cottage kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob. Other equipment includes toaster, kettle, a variety of kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses.brA Smart television (with Freeview) and CD player is provided in the living room plus a second television in the bedroom and wireless broadband is available throughout the property.brA travel cot and/or high chair is available; please request them when booking so we can make sure they are present for your arrival.brbrElectricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. Coachman's Cottage is fitted with central heating throughout, plus underfloor heating in the bathroom. There is also a log-burner in the living room, one basket of logs will be provided to get you started and additional logs can be purchased from the hardware shop in Porlock.brbrBed linen, duvets, blankets and towels are provided for your convenience, but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips.
