The 4th bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstand, chest of drawers, leather sofa, and a ceiling fan. Additionally, there is a full bathroom located in the hallway with a shower-stall only. brbrThe exterior has a backyard deck, outdoor shower and yard. The deck includes a table that seats 4 and a gas grill (grilling utensils are included) for guests to enjoy a cookout. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower that has hot and cold running water. Please note, that the outdoor shower is not fully enclosed. brbrAdditional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee.
