The main floor has an open floor plan for the living room and kitchen with a small table with two chairs and a kitchen island that seats up to 4. Eastward Look has its own neighborhood park (5 minute walk from our home) with a playground, basketball court and tennis court. The local area has many other opportunities for being active with tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts plus trails for walking/running and biking. We love this neighborhood as it has all you need for a great stay minutes away but its also a central location if you want to do day trips to other parts of Rhode Island including Providence, Block Island, Jamestown, Newport and Misquamicut/Watch Hill. The Point Judith Ferry terminal to Block Island and Newport, RI is three miles away. brbrThis house is perfect for large groups that want to stay very close to the ocean and be in house that is well outfitted and comfortable. As you make your way upstairs, you will find the second living space and the other 3 bedrooms with beautiful high ceilings. The comfortable master bedroom with en-suite has a queen bed and plenty of drawers and closet space for your belongings. The master bath has a standing shower and jacuzzi tub. Another bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All four bedrooms have ceiling fans and flat screen TV's.brbrGrab the beach gear (6 beach chairs are provided by owner) and head right over to Scarborough State Beach without the hassle of parking. After a relaxing day at the beach, enjoy rinsing off in the fully enclosed outdoor shower. This property is truly a gem with fabulous ocean views, desired location, and both grand indoor and outdoor space. brbrAdditional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made prior to arrival (bed-making is only provided once; multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee.
