All new stainless steel appliances installed as well as a Samsung washer/dryer. The house has 5 TV's equipped with Amazon Firesticks with loaded apps such as Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Youtube TV is installed and provided at the home and is available on any 2 TV's at any given time. There is also 100 mbps WiFi available.. The outdoor deck has an eating area as well as a propane grill & propane fire pit. Parking in the private driveway can accommodate 5-6 cars. There is no smoking allowed inside the house and there is a deep cleaning fee of $400 if an odor is detected or evidence of smoking is found. There is also a administrative fee of $100 added to each booking paid to the community. VACAY HOME:Cozy house, with brand new appliances. FIRST FLOOR :Master bedroom (King bed) and the master bathroom has hidromassage shower. Second Bedroom has ( Queen bed) is located in the second floor . Third Bedroom ( 2 full sized beds), In total the house has 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, modern kitchen,Formal dinning area and GAME ROOM: small pool table. In the yard there is a gas propane grill and fire pit. (I don’t provide firewood ) . We have 2 exterior security cameras.brThe rental is few minutes from ski places. In addition The house has access to pools ( open memorial weekend to Labor weekend). Guests can buy amenity wristbands in the welcome center.If any amenities ( pools, lakes, tennis court,etc) is NOT Accesible due weather, pandemic, short stuffed, maintenance, repair or any circumstances out of my control “ homeowner “ will not refund any money. * ***Please for the check out, take all your belongings, I am not responsible for lost items.
