Stayed Feb 14, 2025Extremely disappointed with this property. We have been coming up here for over fifteen years and have never been so disgusted. The pictures are not a true representation of this house. Very dirty! No poles in the closets to hang clothes. Only one dresser out of 5 bedrooms, and the drawers were broken! They provided one towel per person. I contacted the host and explained that was unacceptable considering we would be here for 6 days. The beds are falling apart, and mattresses are horrible. Coach is so worn out you feel the bars. She brought over 5 more towels and said new ones were going to be delivered tomorrow. Never came! I also contacted the host with all of my concerns via text message. I asked him to please call me and he told me he would call as soon as he finished work. I never received a call! Fire pit but no starter wood. They told us they don't supply wood, when I asked where it was located. First time that ever happened. We had to ask them to come twice and salt the very icy steps. They didn't even leave extra for us. The entire deck/patio was covered in snow/ice so we could'nt even use the area. This was a complete embarrassment considering we flew family up from Florida to enjoy this vacation.

Stayed Dec 28, 2024Great game room and hot tub - house not bad except for some moldy walls if located in a better area - locals and cops call “gated community” as PCP - pocono crack palace -they try and avoid area. Shady and some bullet holes in windows weird neighbors needs inside of house fixed better just patched up quickly to make a dollar
