The third floor has 1 bedroom with a full-size bed and a full bathroom. It also has an additional living room/hangout area. This room has two TVs - perfect for watching multiple games at once. Our kitchens are stocked with standard cooking essentials such as pots/pans, baking sheets, silverware, cooking utensils, measuring cups/spoons, and plate ware. We will happily let you know if it is something we can provide for you.brbrSecurity:brbrFor your safety as well as the property, properties are equipped with exterior Ring cameras that are capable of recording video and audio. There are also internal sensors to detect temperature and decibel levels.brbrBasic Rules:brbrNo one wants a bad stay so here are some basic rules to ensure a smooth memorable safe stay:brbr1. If the number of guests requested is not the same as the actual usage, we have the right to evict and we will report to airbnb. Please be honest about the actual number of guests.brbr2. Absolutely no usage of the property for house parties. If the police are ever called by the neighbors, then immediate eviction will take place. brbr3. Absolutely no smoking (pot included) in the house and if there is evidence of smoking in the house a $350 sanitizing fee will be charged. brbr4. Quiet Hours 10pm-8am. Please be mindful of your neighbors.brbr5. We are pet friendly! There is an additional cleaning charge of $50.00 per stay for pets. We just ask that pets remain off of the beds and furniture. An additional $50 fee may be added for excessive pet clean up including shedding on furniture and soil stains.brbrIf you cannot abide these house rules, please do not rent from us.
