There is a huge custom chimenea right outside the backdoor perfect for roasting marshmallows. There is a gravel patio area that hosts a large picnic table for enjoying a nice outside dinner. Enjoy the light breeze from the the lake. Just above guests will love the Edison lights that make nights by the lake perfect and unforgettable. There is a newer 4 burner grill with provided propane.brbrWhen walking from the back on the left side of the house to the front, there is a brand new custom outdoor shower which is a crowd favorite. A little bit closer to the road is an area for trailer parking.brbrThe entire Backyard and Game Shed are fully fenced in which is perfect for children or your four legged friends. Kids will love hanging out inside this unique place perfect for them. There you will will find foosball, Giant Jenga and more.brbrGoing back inside through the front entrance you will find a full bathroom which includes a washer/dryer which you are welcome to use. Laundry Pods are provided. Making your way upstairs there will another full bath straight at the end of the hallway dividing up the master bedroom from the 2 other bedrooms. There is a closet in each of the bedrooms, while the master includes a desk to get some work done if needed as well as a 32` smart TV. The master bedroom also includes and exterior entrance that allows you to walk right outsidebrbr*Your booking included sheets, pillows (2 per guest), towels (1 per guest), wash clothes (1 per guest), 3 hand towels, toiletries (body wash, shampoo, and conditioner), and some basic supplies (Dish Soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 laundry tablets, 2 trash bags, 2 paper towels, 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, and hand soap) to get your stay started.brbr*There are 5 kayaks and a double-person canoe at the house that can be launched at the public boat launch a short drive away (You must transport).brbr*We do not provide firewood, but out front is a self service station with wood for sale provided by a local company (Cash or electronic payment) . This way you don`t have to worry about to transporting it.brbr*There is no lake access with the property. You must use the public beach 5 minutes away or the public Launch.brbr*Please note there is a $75 one-time dog fee which allows you to bring up to 2 dogs on the property during your trip. The House at High Falls is a one of a kind gem that sits upstream from Ledges Hotel and the Hawley Silk Mill and is perched along the Paupack High Falls River Gorge. There is a private staircase that adjoins this property to the Hawley SilkMill making it a short walk to the Cocoon Coffee House and Lake Region Fitness Center. The fitness center is complementary for house guests. brbrThe fully equipped chef’s kitchen is the cornerstone of the house on the main floor. The center island stove top with granite counter tops create a conversational cooking space. Adjoining the kitchen is an open dining room with seating for eight as well as a large gathering space that doubles as a breakfast room. The laundry room is an added plus. brbrAdjoining the dining room is a screened in three season room plus an outdoor deck that cantilevers over the river gorge. It is a perfect outdoor dining and gathering spot with both a gas firepit and grill. The living room has a beautiful view of the river gorge and has a gas fireplace and large screen TV. There is a sectional sofa as well as as a pull out queen size sofa bed. A sliding barn door creates a private space in the living room that includes it’s own entrance and half bath. brbrWith three bedrooms, each with a private bath, the house is a great choice for couples and families looking for a unique setting. On the ground floor there is a master bedroom suite with a two sided fireplace that is also viewed from the two person whirlpool tub in the master bath. This bath also has a walk in rain head shower complete with body jets. The suite includes a walk in closet and sliding glass doors that open to a private terrace overlooking the river gorge. The terrace also includes a hot tub that seats six for a relaxing soak with a great view. Bedroom 2 is also located on the ground floor with a queen bed and picture window facing the river. Bedroom 3 is a spacious second floor loft with a sunken bath and queen size bed. brbrThe house is bright and airy and has many unique features including picturesque gardens at the front entrance.
