The fireplace does work and guests are permitted to use it. However, the fireplace may shut off after an extended period of time. The fireplace has been evaluated by professionals. Due to the age of the fireplace, all parts have been discontinued. We are working with professionals to determine our next steps which will require extensive coordination with neighboring condo owners. We hope to have this issue resolved in the near future.
