Luxurious 4 Bedroom Cottage located at Rocky Crest Golf Resort which is situated on beautiful Lake Joseph. brbrThe cottage is part of Rocky Crest Golf resort and your rental includes all the resort amenities. A full list of amenities can be found on the Rocky Crest website at brbrThis cottage has 4 bedrooms, the master bedroom is located on the main floor with a king sized bed and a full bathroom with a Jacuzzi soaker tub. brbrThere are 3 additional bedrooms located on the second floor, two bedrooms have queen sized beds and one bedroom has two single beds. One of the upstairs queen bedrooms has its own bathroom with a shower. The couch in the main room can be pulled out into an additional queen bed that sleeps two comfortably.brbrThis cottage is within walking distance of Rocky Crest Golf Course. This course is a Clublink course and tee times must be arranged through Clublink.brbrThis cottage is an open concept floor plan with a modern kitchen. The kitchen comes completely stocked with cookware and dishes, the renter must provide their own food. brbrThe screened three season Muskoka room has a double sided fireplace with a walkout to the patio. On the patio you will find several Muskoka chairs for you to unwind in along with a gas barbecue. brbrKeys must be picked up at the Rocky Crest Resort front desk.brbrHousekeeping is not done on a daily basis. The property will be clean upon your arrival and will be cleaned after your departure. If you require extra towels or linens during your stay they will be provided by housekeeping. If property is rented for a longer period of time, housekeeping will occur on a weekly basis. brbrThe renter will be responsible for any damages that occur to the property and any items that are lost or stolen.brbrCheck in time is after 4PM on the day of arrival and checkout time is 11AM.brbrThis cottage is smoke free, there is no smoking permitted . brNo parties are permitted.

Moving onto the west side of the cottage, you'll find a serene den overlooking the water - pull up a chair and delve into a novel! Additional main floor bedroom, and 4 piece bathroom is perfect for guests. The upper level boasts an additional 2 bedrooms, plus a private office for anyone wanting to work remote. Above the boathouse accommodation has a bedroom as well as a bathroom with shower. The bunkie is ideal for teens that want their privacy. With 500 ft of shoreline, the waterfront has a sandy beach area, with a gentle slope that gradually gets deeper the further you go out, plus a classic Muskoka granite and Jack Pine shoreline on the waterside of the cottage. The water depth at the end of the dock is typically approx 6 feet, but can vary from year to year. Bring your boat, or rent one through our Private Fleet - dock has plenty of room for water toys!
