You`re also steps away from the Gayety Theatre known for hosting concerts, and only a 5-minute walk from the Collingwood Hockey Arena. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.brbr3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.brbr4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.brbr5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.brbr6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.brbr7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.brbr8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.brbr9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.brbr10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.brbr11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.brbr12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.brbr14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.brbr15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.brbr16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renter’s damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.

Gas fireplace, all kitchen items with keureg machine, electric grill, toaster oven, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer combo. 50 tv with cable and internet package. A real gem in Collingwood/Blue Mountain. Sorry but there is NO SMOKING or vaping of anything whatsoever on property indoors or out. No pets. **Looking for quiet and respectful mature renters only, as management is within view of this unit and noisy tenants will not be tolerated. You have 1 private parking spot in front of the unit only. (If you have 2 vehicles coming up continuously, complex will not allow full time parking for second vehicle and you may be towed). Visitors parking available for guests but not on a full time monthly bases. Within easy quick walking distance to 3 plazas. brIn 5-10 minutes drive, you will have many choices of ski hills, skating rinks at top & bottom of the Mountain, snowshoeing, the fun ridge runner, the caves, bike trails, golf courses and mini putt. Blue Mountain pond with paddle boat rentals, canoes and rental nets for frog catching/releasing. Hiking trails, sandy beaches as well as pebble stone and slate beaches (Georgian Bay 5 min walk from condo with boat launching and docking), famous and amazing Scandinave Spa, Wasaga beach is 20 min. away. So many quaint shops and restaurants to enjoy which are in walking distance. For those rainy days try the local bowling alley, movie theatre, the amazing Warm Plunge pool for indoor/outdoor use all year. Do google The Village at Blue as there is usually something taking place daily. Also downtown Collingwood as well as Blue Mountain hosts evening concerts and outdoor movie nights all year long.
