Walking distance to the waterfront, walking trails, local restaurants, grocery stores and only 6 mins away from Blue Mountain Village. The house features two separate living room spaces.brThe beautiful open concept kitchen & living room has vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. A perfect gathering place for families or multiple couples.br6 snowboards, boots for men, one canoe and two bicycles free of chargebrbrThe spacebrThere are two TV sets on each floor.brWe have Bell fiberoptic unlimited hi speed Internet so you may connect to Youtube or Netflix or any media app.brThere is no central A/C, however on the second floor we use a wall mounted high efficient Daikin A/C unit, a lot of fans, each bedroom has own ventilator, and we have Central Air Exchange System for comfort. The main floor is build on a cement slab and usually stays cool. We DO NOT have basement at all so our house is dry and no moldy smells.brbrGuest accessbrGuests will have access to the entire home, back deck, BBQ and fully fenced yard. There is laundry facilities on site that you are welcome to use and parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway. Please note that there is no parking permitted on the street. For skiers: you may safely store your ski gear in our locked garage.brbrOther things to notebrQuiet time is after 11pm. This means music is turned down and voices are kept low. This home is located on a quiet residential street and we require that our guests are respectful of our neighbors. You can enjoy the quiet neighbourhood environment while staying close to all the 4-season activities that Georgian Bay has to offer.brbrThe spacebrA large sliding barn wood door separates the living and sleeping quarters. Couches surround a classic fireplace with a wall mounted smart TV and with a sound bar above the mantle. A convenient desk area is included for those working on the go. brbrThe full kitchen is equipped for when you`re not dining at one of the popular local restaurants. This home includes basic cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker; just bring your food, coffee pods, and spices! Garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap and towels, etc are supplied.brbrThe Master bedroom features a queen size bed with a custom made reclaimed wood headboard. The second bedroom includes a solid wood bunk bed with a double mattress on the bottom and single on top. Both rooms are completed by some classic chests of drawers for storage.brbrAfter a long day on the hill, you can retreat to the spa-like ambiance of the incredible washroom. Luxury features include a soaker tub with ceramic tile surround, heated porcelain tile flooring and a convenient stacked washer and dryer unit.brbr1 Dedicated Parking Spot is included as well as visitor parking on a first come first served basis.br1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon. brbr2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.brbr3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeitedbrbr4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.brbr5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions. brbr6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions. brbr7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away.
